1st I got this brand new product with: Bad battery, always bad noice, High squeeking sounds, low volume on listen things, Could not be turned Off.

• I returned it (and Wanted another - same product) that was just the perfect. [No noice, No high pitch sounds, very Good volume, Good battery and can be turned off <Very Satisfied with Quick Switch of item - and quality of the 2nd product now in use every day !!!

I give 5 stars for its noise canceling headphones. Battery doesnt drain that faster too.
