Pulled pork
Used for pork shoulder on my smoke fire. Cooked to 200 and the meat pulled apart tender. Best result ever.
Saving my aluminum drip pans!
The wet smoke kit, was made for the smokefire pellet smokers; I use it in my Summit Kamado e6. I use it to put a gap between the diffuser plate and the grill. This helps not putting the aluminum drip pan in direct contact with the diffuser plate.

Moist ribs
I have always used water pans when smoking meats. The meat comes out moist. These water pans are easy to install. They also catch the greese drippings. This helps keep my pellet smoker clean.
Must have to catch the grease drippings.
I have a EX4 2nd gen and I bought three thinking I would need them all to fit underneath the grates. Not so for the EX4, only two pans with the wire holder underneath pan will fit. You can see in attached picture. These do two things, one to catch the grease which makes for easy cleanup and also to keep moisture in the smoke box for long smokes. The fit isn't perfect, as you can see there's areas around the edge where grease can get through, but 2 pans are suffice. Glad I got these just for the cleanup alone. You will have to keep an eye on the water level which will evaporates pretty quickly.
One last thing, I probably could've bought a cheaper knockoff somewhere else and it would do the same thing. Weber is an American company though with great customer support which is hard to find in this day in age.
Wet Smoke
Order 3 kits to use with the EX6 (2nd gen). Perfect fit and really made a difference on clean up. Used all 3 at once and put 3 racks of St.Louis cut spare ribs on . Did see some increase in cook time and still trying to decide if there is an impact to smoke penetration before going with 5 stars

Good for even heat - better for clean-up
Does a nice job creating even, indirect heat and its really great for catching drippings that would otherwise fall into grill. Cooked a brisket and it made cleanup much easier.
Wet Smoke Kit
It is nice to have the try fit under the grates with the support.
Wet Smoke Kit
A very convenient way to keep your SomkeFire clean when roasting and also for keeping food moist when doing los and slow cooks.
Wet smoke kit 4U…
Save your money. Just place a pan or pans under the grates. The pans will fit exactly the same way. U actually don’t even need the metal frame that comes with it. Just go buy 3 pans if u want to use all 3 for the EX6 or just 1 for the EX4. Or spend the 20 for the one set they gave here. It comes with extra pans so u don’t have to buy 3 for the EX6.
no directions....
I bought 3 for my EX6. You don't always have to use all 3 together depending what you are smoking and how much meat in inside the grill. I was a little bummed that all three smoke kits came with absolutely no directions. Mine at first would not fit. After a few swear words directed at Weber, I realized that I had the back flavor bar holder resting in the wrong place. My bars were slanted. After readjusting the back--furthest away from you, flavor bar rack, the silver frame on the wet smoke kit fit over the firebox cover. The pan doesn't fit perfectly on the frame. The grill grates will help HOLD it in place while using.. I am giving it a poor bec of no directions..
Smoke your food.
Wet for making the fire smoke. Smoke you food with the wet fire kit.
It's for the middle section of your SmokeFire
This bracket is specifically for the middle section of the SmokeFire above where the firepot is. The rest of of the sections where the flavorizer bars are you just put the drip tray directly on the bars under the grill. Above the firepot you can't balance a drip tray without this bracket. - In my opinion it's well worth it so you can put drip trays across the entire length of the grill.
Smokefire wet kit
Kept my wings from getting dry after a 3 hour smoke and a lot less clean up
Necessary low and slow component
I place this underneath the grates and the pan holds water and collects grease drippings. It really is a necessary part of my slow cooks. It also reduces the mess and makes cleanup much easier. Highly recommend.
No brainer add-on to your SmokeFire
I'm very happy with the Wet Smoke Kit for my SmokeFire grill. If you are planning on doing some low and slow cooking on your SmokeFire (and of course you are) this kit just makes sense. It is an easy way to keep your meat moist when smoking. The pan sits directly below the cooking surface and I add water about every 4 hours or so. Side note, when adding water make sure it is warm, otherwise it will slow your cook a bit while it gets up to temp. I also like how this catches the drippings from my cooks to make cleanup easier.
Needs instructions
Super hard to put together after first cook or if bars shipped apart. Please provide instructions or a video. Gets -1 star for intuitiveness.

It Works
I eventually got this to fit in my SmokeFire so yes it does work. It just fits under the cooking grate with little room to spare. Besides using it for a water pan, I’m likely to use it too just to catch the drippings from a rib roast to make gravy as well.
Wet smoke kit used more than I thought
I ended up using this more than I thought I would. It helps to keep the food moist and catch drippings as well. A necessity for some cooks.
Water tray of joy !
Excellent addition!! A must have for those big slow and low cooks
Nice to have!
Before I purchased this, I used to place a water pan on the cooking grate. With this, I can put it underneath the cooking grate to maximize the cooking space. I use cooking pan with aluminum foil wrapped instead of the disposal one. Overall, it's nice to own this.

The must have accessory for the Smokefire!
Perfect fit, great for long cooks. Use as a drip pan and also add moisture to you cook.
Wrong size
Great concept, but it doesn’t fit! I was looking forward to using this but unfortunately when I opened the thing up, it was too long to fit as it’s shown in the picture; laying front to back with the rack resting on the edges just below the rack. I ended up using it still by laying it left to right across my flavorizer bars. It stayed put, so it did the job it was designed for.
Handy, but feel like an after thought.
These do exactly what they are meant to, and they work just fine. That said, you have to remove the flavorizor bars for them to fit and for the grill grate to sit properly. It feels like they were more of a late addition or after thought rather than a comprehensive part of the design.
Good move on Weber’s part
I bought two for my EX4. It serves two purpose adds moisture to the cook and collects grease before it drops down reducing cleanup. The two cover most of the surface order the grates. This is only for smoking and not grilling.
