New grill pot and lid
Easy to clean. I think maybe I would like to have another one with the raised lines and slather but this one is great for now.
Worth the money
High quality!!! Exactly what you would expect from Webber!!!!
Loistava tuote pataruokiin ja slow and low bbq
Tämä olisi pitänyt ostaa aiemmin, sopii esim. Genesis II GBS kaasugrilleihin. Tuote antaa uuden vaihtoehdon "slow and low" ruokien tekoon grillissä. Kannattaa katsoa esim.
Pasi45–54vNice, but too heavy
The Dutch oven was well made but way too heavy; we returned it.
A must have
Couldnt ask for better, cooks evenly, easy to clean.
Awesome quality product
Awesome at holding temperature, used it to fry potatoes and make pilof
Perfect Dutch oven.
This is a solid Dutch oven! The size is perfect, bigger than most, which make cooking easy for a crowd.
Awesome
Love it. Got a few cookbooks and have used it often. It has worked well.
Worth it!
An excellent piece of cookware. The flat lid even further enhances its utility. It is quite heavy, but cast-iron usually is. And the results are worth the extra effort to move the thing.
A very good accessory to have
The real deal- this thing weighs a ton! But that's what you want in real cast iron. Haven't used it yet but I can't wait to try it.
Recipes?
JMJ. Too early to tell as I’m still looking for Weber Recipes for it. I’m interested in Gumbo, Stew, Soup, Chili, Beans, etc. I’ve asked Weber Support with no reply. Will start my own I guess. Bought it for Football Tailgate get togethers.
Versatile and Durable
It's a hefty piece of equipment! We've used the lid as a griddle, but are waiting for cooler fall temps before we use the kettle. Fun to play with, that's for sure!

Great Pot and Dual Purpose Lid
The Dutch oven duo is a great pot for the grill. I cooked a pot of hickory smoked pork chili that turned out delicious. I have used the lid a couple of times to grill Johnny Rockets style griddle cooked burgers. The surfaces of the pot and griddle lid are porcelain and clean up easily. Just don't use abrasives or sharp metal tools on the surface. Both are cast iron and cook very evenly but they are heavy,
Weber Dutch Oven
Great product. Works well for making shepherds pie and cakes on the grill
If you get one piece of cookware
I grill every chance I get -I have used this for months and have made everything from gumbo, chili, Shepard's pie, spaghetti sauce, to baked goods. This is a perfect pan for anyone who grills.

Nice tool
Solid, practical cooking tool. Even yesterday, my son used it to boil maple sap into syrup.
Weber Dutch Oven
Would be a better Dutch oven if a handle(s) could be attached.
Or
Also put holes in existing handle so that the pieces could be hung.
Great Pot, Terrible Lid
I have been envious of the Europeans who were able to buy the first generation GBS Dutch Oven. It had a simple handle in the middle of the lid that could be removed and held with one hand. That design makes it handy to check on and stir the food. The lid on the new Dutch Oven Duo takes two hands to remove. A bad design choice considering Weber offers a range of other planchas and griddles and another one was not needed.
As a Dutch Oven, it works as expected. It would be five stars with a better lid.
