Very pleased with my our hase which replaces a cartridge machine. I’m delighted with the meagre ink consumption so far.

Needed to replace my old Canon printer and the G3560 fitted the brief

Easy to set up and easy to use

Much prefer the ink tanks to the cartridges

I returned this unit because of:-

  Screen too small
   Screen too dark 
   Screen not colour as my previous Canon
   Screen too small.    
   Screen not inclined towards user
   Screen at rear of machine, not at front

It arrived quickly, was easy to set up and is easy to use. It is exactly what I was looking for.

My old Canon printer developed a fault, after consulting with Canon it was either send it for repair or replace. I guessed that repair was about the same as a new printer and so.... Canon were very good and offered me a 20% discount, I was replacing a Pixima and so you may say I should have expected the same quality but the new printer did not live up to my expectations. I went for the G5360 for the refillable tanks thinking that it would save me money, it eventually resulted in me using most of the ink to try to resolve the problem. When I printed pictures they looked like it had been a foggy day, i tried to modify all the settings but eventually gave up and contacted Canon support, this is where it got interesting. I very nice chap talked me through all the things/settings I'd already tried, on the way it transpired that my WiFi signal was poor, all credit to him I have now rectified the issue. Our last ditch attempt was a deep clean that used 40% of the ink. We both agreed that the printer was defective and bless him he recommended the TS6350a which is much like my last printer and so far has exceeded expectations. Bit of a rambling review but I feel Canon treated me fairly although I must check my refund for the G3560.

Aikaisempaan Pixmaan verrattuna tämä on kuin paluu 80-luvulle. Kovaääninen ja hidas käynnistys sekä alalokeron puute (joo olis pitänyt tajuta ostettaessa että ei ole) sekä 5ghz wifi taajuuden puute tekee tämän käyttämisen talossa jossa 2.4ghz toimii vain auringonpilkkujen näkyessä aika haastavaksi. Täytettävien musteiden perässä ostin.

We dont print a great deal but need a multi functional printer which is easy to install, efficient and has low running costs...and after a few weeks this is what I am seeing with this printer....so far

I bought this a month ago now and am really pleased with it. It was really easy to set up, which was a relief as another reviewer had said they'd struggled a little with this. I am generally really pleased with the printing quality and the ink use.

perfect photo printing machine and as well documentation printing, it works as all in one printer

Really disappointed as I found I could only print on one side automatically from my iPad.

I needed a replacement all-in-one scanner/printer and wanted one that was easy maintenance, especially regards the ink absorber part (old printer had to go to service centre for replacement, this one I should be able to do myself). The ink tanks have visible levels and are easy to refill. I've not had the printer long enough to know how long they will last. The power lead connection is a bit flimsy and was difficult to keep attached when I first setup the printer. However, once connected it seems to have remained fixed during use.

I have been using my printer for a couple of weeks now and it has worked well so far.

Excellent printer for my home office. Compact, but does everything I want. Printing quality is excellent. My one very slight criticism is the LCD display is quite dark to read - could do with a bit more contrast, but this is a minor thing. Would certainly buy again and good quality for price. Large ink capacity is good and much easier to fill the ink tanks than you might think - there’s a fail proof fit between a specific print bottle and the mouth of the tank.

I just cannot get this printer to work regularly. Utterly confusing instructions on the printer. Wish it had a driver for the computer (Apple Mac). Sometimes works, but mostly not.

Käyttöönotto sujui hyvin mutta laitteen oma näyttö on kuin 1980 luvulta ja sieltäkin yksi surkeimmista. Onneksi tätä näyttöä ei tarvita muuten kuin kielen valinnassa. I bought this in June and worked well not working at all now and not once wants two advise/ help

Regret purchasing this printer, it will not remain connected to the wifi, it is unreliable and frustrating.

I have had a Canon Pixma MG6350 for 8 years it was a great printer but unfortunately it was worn out so I looked at buying another. It did everything duplex printing, scan, copying so I wanted the same in my new printer. The idea of ink tanks really appealed as even the xl catridges don’t last but do they do an ink tank with duplex printing- No! Even these days when we are supposed to be saving the planet by not cutting down trees no duplex printing technology Canon had 8 years ago! I knew that when I bought it but didn’t realise how much I would miss it however the worst thing about this printer is that unlike my old one thats 8 year old one it doesn’t switch itself on when you want to use AirPrint! What use is that the idea of AirPrint is that you print from anywhere in your house not standing beside the printer to turn it on first.

come on Canon your technology is going backwards you can do better than this!

I bought it 3 weeks ago. The print is great, as you would expect from a 2020 model of printer. The photo quality is as good as you want for framing in the house or office. Annoyingly, it doesn't come with the cable to connect it to the computer and really annoyingly it only scans to your phone. I think that there is too much geared to printing from your phone above printing and scanning to your computer. The LCD screen is pathetic and borders on unusable. I hope I find a way of controlling all these features from the computer.
