Everything in this product is half-ready. It vacuums ok, the mopping is useless, if you didn't see the water reservoir level afterwards you wouldn't believe it actually mopped. It says it detect cords, it doesn't. I have to remove all cords from around the house before it starts otherwise it gets tangled. The area mapping is ridiculous. If for some reason the robot gets the area wrong it just overlaps the wrong area on top of the current map, the only way you can get the map correct again is to reset the map and to another mapping, happens so often (about once a month). I also purchased the emptying station as a bundle, which is completely useless as well, because the dust bin gets blocked so often that I have to empty it by hand every week or so. If you bump it into while it's charging, it will not recognise its position when you try to clean and will mess up the map once again. The app is ridiculously buggy, once you have a map of the house, you only have one chance to input virtual boundaries, no editing allowed. I wish I had found out about those issues within the time limit to return it. You will find you will have a lot less problems with other robot vacuum cleaners which cost a fraction of this one. Don't ever buy this one.
