Adds to the experience
A case with added functionality! When you press the phone's side button you can see the time and date through the case, and notifications of e.g. emails and facebook (only notification icons, no details sadly). You can answer the phone with the cover closed (shows caller), and you can also play and swipe through music (shows artist and track name, at least on Spotify). One of two lines is displayed through the cover at any one time -- notifications or music player functions, which you scroll with a finger swipe.
Cases can be expensive anyway, so for a little extra you get a little more which I think adds to the user experience. The protective function seems good too, with strong plastic case corners. The camera lens window is understandably left exposed. There has been some small damage to the edge of the actual screen protector the Galaxy S20 FE ships with, so this case isn't 100% when it comes to protection -- limitation of major damage I'd call it.
