    Korvasin tällä emolevylle integroidun Bluetooth-lähettimen ja parannus oli merkittävä. Aiemmin Bluetooth-peliohjain oli käyttökelvoton yhteysongelmien takia ja headset toimi vain tietokoneen vieressä, nyt ohjain toimii ongelmitta langattomasti ja headset pitää yhteyden vaikka kuljen ympäri asuntoa. Pieni miinus siitä että mukana tulevan ohjeen mukaan toimien ei Windowsin (11) käyttämän Bluetooth-laitteen vaihtaminen onnistunut, googlaaminen kuitenkin ratkaisi ongelmat.

  5. Easy Upgrade for Older Spec Devices

    I decided it was time to upgrade my BT2.1 devices to take advantage for better audio playback on my devices. I followed the instructions disabling my current bluetooth devices in Device Manager and physically removed them being both USB. I plugged in USB-BT500 and it was Plug and Play as described with Windows 10 & 11. My Windows 10 PC needed to have a device refresh performed otherwise it showed as 'generic'. I needed to check compatibility with an old device for data transfer and it worked fine. However, don't expect better communications as it has to work at the limits of the early bluetooth spec. The device I need to communicate with is on the far side of a solid brick wall and thus is subject to variable signal strength as a result so wasn't expecting miracles, just hoping for them!

  6. Great for Wireless Gaming

    I got the "ASUS ROG Cetra True Wireless gaming headphones" for Christmas connected to my "Samsung S22 Ultra" & my "ASUS ROG Strix G513RW 15.6" Full HD 300Hz Gaming Laptop" and love them... But I wanted to use them for my "Custom Gaming Desktop" which doesn't have Bluetooth. So I bought this, plugged it in, install the drivers as said on the little manual and done... has a great range too can walk about 4-6 meters away without disconnecting :)

  7. Enable bluetooth on your older device

    Nice little device to bring bluetooth connectivity to my older laptop which doesn't have it built-in. No complaints! Works nicely. Asus is a quality brand and many of my devices are ASUS, including all my working motherboards.

    Kotiautomaatiojärjestelmään (Home Assistant) liitetty ... saman tien kun tökkäsin laitteen USB-porttiin, Home Assistantin käyttöliittymä kertoi, että uusi laite löydetty; mitäs jos asennettaisiin yhteensopiva integraatio-palikka? Integraatiopalikan asennuttua Home Assistant tiesi kertoa löytäneensä kaikki viisi kämpässäni oleilevaa RuuviTag-sensoria (aiemmin ei näkynyt kuin kaksi fyysisesti läheisintä), joten sinänsä olen ihan tyytyväinen ostokseeni. Annoin "vastinetta rahalle" arvosanaksi 5, koska ... vaihtoehtonani olisi ollut hankkia ns. "virallinen" Ruuvi Gateway parin sadan euron lähtösijoituksella plus maksullisella kuukausittaisella pilvitilauksella. Omaan tarpeeseeni olisi varmaan Bluetooth 4.0 -sovitinkin ollut riittävä, mutta - luulisi tämän olevan "future proof" nyt ainakin hetkeksi aikaa :)

    En muista mitä versioo oli entiset, mutta alkoi pätkii, kun menin keittiöön. Nyt ei pätki. ATH kuulokkeet ja BT 5 versioo nyt molemmat päät.... Jos ei toimisi, niin enpä kirjoittelisi tätä. Suosittelen...
