This block out a lot of noise. Simple to set up a variety of sound options to choose from .I do not have issues sleeping with them in at all.

Was excited to use these to help me sleep and block out noise at night. I usually use white noise. The earbuds are lightweight, small and fit perfectly. However, the sounds did not allow me to sleep and in fact kept me more awake. I’ve stopped using them as I found they weren’t useful. Great concept though and they are a fantastic fit. Shame they weren’t a great help for me. I purchased this product based on reviews. Looks like it helps the majority of buyers

I’d been contemplating buying these for sometime and now that I have them I’m kicking myself for not buying them sooner! I’ve been using these for just over 2 weeks and they’ve massively improved my sleep. One of my concerns was that these would be uncomfortable to sleep in but to my surprise they are so comfortable. I absolutely love my sleepbuds 💜

Here is my candid but fair review. Be in no doubt that, alone, these earbuds do not cancel much noise. The clever bit is the 'white noise' that is played into the earbuds from your phone. I've found this to be extremely effective though you have to accept that its mainly the white noise that cancels out other noise. If you're struggling with a snoring partner I think you'll be very pleased with these. A particularly good feature is a 90 day free trail which I think is fantastic, if you're in any doubt they'll work for you. Well done Bose ! I need to add that you can possibly replicate this product with your own earphones / wireless buds and just access white noise from the internet ( I did this, bud the wired earphones were a bit fiddly) A final tip is to add bog standard headphones over the earbuds - mine are rather bulky, but if you can tolerate them they certainly futher minimise noise. Overall - well worth a try.

I bought these thinking they had Noise Cancellation, instead they have noise masking. I did try them out for a couple of nights, they were very comfortable but in the morning I had a headache with all the noise thru the night. They did mask the ambient noises in the room very well but I just cannot sleep with noises in my ear all night long. If you can then this product would be perfect, I cannot fault it for anything other than I needed noise cancellation hence the five stars. The sound clips were very good quality and were relaxing to listen to, but just not for me when trying to sleep. I have reluctantly returned this product.

I haven’t slept well for a long time until I was persuaded by my wife to give these a try. I was surprised how well they worked. They are comfortable to wear all night and although not noise cancelling the supplied sounds work really well.

I have Tinnitus and find the fire crackling sound file works really well. The alarm is also a great feature.

I have just purchased, so still getting used to them, I know they are not noise cancelling just masking but was a little disappointed that I could still hear my partner snoring. Also I was a bit shocked when adding new sounds that a message came up to say my memory was full, so deleted all the ones that were already placed on and put my own choices. It would be good to be able to have a playlist of sounds and decide how long each one played, rather then just one all night long. As sometimes your mood changes and you want to listen to something for 20 mins then on to something else for the rest of the night.

A soft bag to ;place the headphone case in would be nice just for extra protection for travelling, I used my make up bag to take the case away with me.

Good things - they are soft and small and made very well the charging case is good quality.

Like everyone says shame they can not connect to your own phone as well.

I will give them a chance but so far had to turn up the sounds so loud to mask things that I found it uncomfortable.

Bought them 2 weeks ago and I sleep perfectly! You can turn on your side without any problems.

I brought these a couple of weeks ago and my sleeping pattern has changed dramatically , even my fiancé has mentioned how much calmer I am! I don’t hear any deep breathing or noises, and I can actually get back to sleep after going to the toilet! Hooray!! It does take a while to get used to them being in your ears every night and I worked out the smallest ones are better for my ears. Swell is my favourite white noise, and there are loads of other great sounds to choose from. I can now turn off the fan I was using for white noise, saving electricity and giving my fiancé a quiet room which he prefers. All happy in this house!

Very happy with the sleep buds, easy to operate with App, good selection of sounds available. More importantly a sound nights sleep, totally masks the snoring of my wife, perfect.

Unfortunately they amplified the sound of my heartbeat

I’ve got sensitive ears and regular earbuds cause me pain and I tend to wake up with ear ache when I use them. These are the most comfortable yet. They mask outside noise and the sounds you can download are excellent. Highly recommend.

I bought these to replace some wired noise-cancelling earbuds that I had been using to mask snoring sounds from my partner using a 'sleep sounds' app on my phone. This had been effective, but I wanted a wireless solution instead, as my wired earbuds were inconvenient and too large for side-sleeping.

I had found that even with my previous noise-cancelling headphones, my partner's snoring wasn't totally silenced, and a 'sleep sounds' app on my phone was required to mask the remaining snoring sounds. So I was confident that the Bose claims that 'masking' was more effective than noise-cancelling made sense.

The Sleepbuds are every bit as effective at masking the snoring as my previous noise-cancelling headphones. They are very comfortable, and the small size means that side-sleeping isn't a problem - I just don't notice them physically when they're in my ears. I use the 'Rumble' sound, as it has a combination of higher and lower pitched sounds that I find especially effective at masking my partner's snoring - but there's a good range of sounds to pick from.

I only use the Sleepbuds when my partner's snoring is disruptive, so when I go to bed I take them out of the charge case and put them on my bedside table, then start the 'Rumble' sound via the app - then they're ready for me to pop into my ears if my partner starts snoring. The only way they could be better would be if I could take them out of the charge case (in the middle of the night) and have them start up with the correct sound automatically, rather than having to manually start the sound on my phone. However, the workaround of setting them up on my bedside table when I go to bed is fine.

Altogether I'm very pleased.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago. It arrived very promptly and the packaging is beautiful. It was easy to set up using the app and I managed to get the ear buds to fit well after initially having a disrupted night with them falling out.

I took sometime to decide to purchase them as I was looking for something to help mask my Husband's snoring. I read the reviews and decided as there was a money back guarantee I would proceed.

It very quickly became apparent that the noise masking was not sufficient to help me with the volume of the snoring. It may not have helped as I also have tinnitus in one ear, although my audiologist felt it may help the tinnitus.

I was very sad to have to return them as I was hopeful they would help.

The return process was also excellent .

I am more that happy with the fit and concept of the sleepbuds, However I am disappointed with the selection of sounds available on the app, I would have preferred some sleep meditation options rather than just sounds.

I bought a pair of these about 2 weeks ago. I now have a happy wife who isn’t disturbed by my snoring. Worth every penny!

Somewhat disappointed with the sounds available. Persevering meantime. Sound blocking quite impressive.

My wife and I bought a pair each and have been using them for a couple of weeks now,

we had previously tried Quieton 3 but found them very uncomfortable. Bose sleep buds 2 are just simply brilliant, they are really comfortable you can wear them all night, and they actually do work.

I’ve been using the sleepbuds for a week now and whilst the ‘white noise’ is soothing it doesn’t mask the sound of my husband’s snoring. I am using the smallest size of ear bud but they are not as comfortable as I’d hoped. When I waken my ears are tender rather than sore from wearing. I sleep in my back fortunately because I would find them far too uncomfortable to wear otherwise.

I have been using the sleep buds for 3-4 weeks now; they took a little getting used to (infact I nearly gave up after a couple of rubbish nights). It took about a week to get used to the buds in my ears (I wore the small rubbers first and when I was used to those changed to the number 2 as these are a tighter fit). I have used the noise masking sounds to drown out traffic from having the windows open and my partners snoring, after a few different trials I have settled on the shower sound (sounds like a gentle rain shower). After 7 months of waking every 2-3 hours I now sleep through the night and have had a couple of lie-ins. These haven't fixed all my sleep issues (have some medical stuff to sort out as well) but I have seen a marked improvement and no-longer dread bed time. As a bonus they have also sorted out my night time tinnitus which was unexpected. Not perfect and possibly not right for everyone but they are helping me.

Very comfortable so good for sleeping in but the library of noise is not to my taste. Definitely not assisting in sleep. I knew my own music etc wasn’t an option but just don’t find the white noise a sleep aid. Sent back for refund. It’s a shame because these could be good but not as they currently are.
