Excellent product and very seamless to useArvosana 4/5
The product has excellent features and is very seamless to use. I am quite happy with its everyday use. However a few areas that I feel need improvements:
a. Seldom, during MS teams conference meetings, the headset becomes inactive (temporarily) even all the proximity and bandwidth and other external factors are good. I am unable to hear the voice. This must be taken into account. Today, I had the same issue with WhatsApp, the microphone lost its efficiency, I was in a conference call, I had to redial and reconnect.
b. This device is not at all useful with Google Meet sessions and I haven't been able to meet any success.
These issues led to a 4 star rating.
