This is the best product for air flossing.

After being in pain from food stuck underneath gum that was half capped over a wisdom tooth - not fully grown out - hence not being able to reach with dental floss, this contraption has enabled me to flush out any loose debris stuck below my gum-line for my whole pallet and not just my problem tooth.

This product is much more effective than other similar items available on the market making them pale in comparison.

I have two of these flossers now and after a few months both became clogged and would not propel water through to the nozzle. A really badly engineered product that it would seem is designed to fail so you have to buy a new one every few months. Avoid.

Decent product when working. Had 3 of these now and each one has lasted around 2 year and 2 month before it packs in … just I’ve the 2 year warranty every time!

The product was very slow to start even after a full charge and would only work intermittently even in the first few days. It just got worse after that and stopped working altogether.

Suspect it is a bad battery. Also the little gasket on the end would drop off even from day one.

I decided to buy Philips Sonicare AirFloss, as I used in the past other irrigators, but they were bulky and thus difficult to operate, and thus really liked AirFloss design, also I like its water compartment, however, that's all. It just does not do its job and after using AirFloss I need either to floss or use another irrigator to do the job properly. It takes ages and with the result of ca. 20% of other similar products. It is really sad, as I really like the design and the fact that it is not bulky and was looking forward to take it when I am travelling.

Ei kannata ostaa. Meni rahat hukkaan. Laite ei sovellu päivittäin tapahtuvaan hampaiden pesuun koska vesi tulee liian kovalla paineella.

Liian heikkotehoinen hammasvälin putsaukseen. Entinen versio toimi loistavasti.

Having replaced my first one with another brand which I found too cumbersome and bulky that only squirted liquid whilst P

I use in combination with dental tape but overall, my dentist has had less cleaning to do in recent years. My gums are healthy and teeth always look "just cleaned". This is my 2nd AirFloss, the first having lasted 6 years before it stopped working.

Minulla on ollut Philips Sonicare AirFloss:in vanhempi, "kerran laukeava" malli jo varmaan kymmenkunta vuotta, mutta se heitti lopulta toimimasta. Olin siihen erittäin tyytyväinen. Ostin jo uuden, tämän "kolmesti laukeavan" mallin, mutta sen suihkun voimakkuus on selvästi heikompi, kuin vanhan. Myös hammasvälisuutin on leveämpi ja huonommin hammasväliin sopiva. Vanhan mallin suutin ei myöskään sovi uuteen runkoon. Miksikähän usein käy niin, että kun jotakin laitetta "parannetaan", niin siitä tulee aiempaa huonompi? Vanhaa mallia suosittelin monille tuttaville ja sukulaisille. Hekin hankkivat laitteen ja kehuivet sitä. Valitettavasti tätä uutta "paranneltua" versiota en voi suositella kenellekään.

Uuusi laite on SUURI PETTYMYS. Vieläköhän sitä vanhaa mallia olisi saatavana jostakin?

Bought this to replace the original version whose battery gave up recently. I am very disappointed with the performance of the new "Ultra" version, it has nowhere near the performance/pressure of the original, takes much longer to remove stubborn bits of food stuck between my teeth.

When it works, it's really good, although I used it as an addition to flossing, not as a replacement.

The first one lasted a few months and then refused to operate. It was replaced readilly by Philips.

Then the filler flap on the replacement broke off after a few weeks and it has now broken down completely. It's more than a year old and must be out of the original warranty.

An unhappy experience, and I won't be forking out for another one, or for any other Philips product in the near future!

This is a brilliant concept and really effective at removing tartar from between teeth and food particles.

Customer service is excellent, as I’ve had 5 replacements over a 3 year period, after they ceased to work...

Todella helppokäyttöinen, vähän aikaa vievä laite hammasvälien puhdistamiseen. Ei tarvitse hammaslankojen kanssa leikkiä vaan puhdistus hoituu helposti veddellä/suuvedellä.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving it!! Have been urged to floss more regularly for years by hygienist and always intend to listen but never seem to have time to floss. Since she recommended this I've never missed a day. Maybe it's the novelty, but it's just so much easier and more pleasant than flossing! Gums bled a little at first but never do now so it must be doing something good in my mouth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the airflows quite effective, it made my teeth feel a lot cleaner after use. I think with just a button and a long battery life it is really easy and practical to use. Not at all time consuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how effective this was going to be at first, the spray is very powerful though so you can feel it making a difference. I've still sometimes found myself flossing afterwards as well, firstly just to check the airfloss was working effectively but also because I found it trickier to reach the back of my mouth with the airfloss, that's just my strange wisdom teeth though I think. It has made a difference in that when I have flossed I can see the airfloss has already cleared plaque as the floss is generally pulling through cleaner than usual.

Be wary if you have a tendency for sensitive or bleeding gums as it is a bit less gentle than using dental floss or tape. You just need to ensure you don't hold it too near your gums.

A few other things to be aware of when using it.. stand over a sink or keep your mouth closed as much as you can as it can get messy! Don't stand in front of a mirror and use it... the spray is powerful! Also don't forget if you've selected the multi burst option and accidentally squirt yourself in the face!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an interesting product! It does take a while to get the hang of using it, but with some practice it's very good at what it does. I was glad to see it can be used with mouthwash or water, which is definitely a benefit for oral health. It's easy to charge and has held the charge well. It's also very easy to fill the tank, and easy to clean.

It delivers powerful bursts without causing discomfort, but it is a little messy until you get used to it. I think, for me, it will reduce the need for flossing but not replace it, I will use it in conjunction with occasional flossing.

It's great not having to floss my teeth.

I was genuinely surprised at how strong the blast was.

One of the features I particularly liked was the ability to add mouthwash to the tank instead of water so I don't need to rinse with mouthwash after.

One word of caution, it can be messy to you get the hang of it, so close your mouth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of the airflosser. As someone who suffers with plaque build up inbetween my teeth this was another alternative to little interdental brushes.

I love the setting that you can choose 1,2 or 3 pumps of air and mouthwash. It has a decent amount of power behind it that it helps clear out any build up.

The design is sleek and modern and compliments our Sonicair toothbrush.

Its easy to use and the battery life is fantastic.

The only thing that let's it down is the lack of different sized nozzles.

If it had a fine ended nozzle for people with really small gaps in their teeth it would make it absolutely spot on.

Otherwise this is a great product.
