It really does keep drinks cold for a very long time. I have so far only used it for cold drinks, but for example in the past very hot summer evenings, if I put a few small ice cubes and cold water when I go to bed, and drink a little throughout the night, there is still ice in the bottle in the morning.

Similarly if I bring ice and water to the office, there is still very refreshing and cold water at the end of the day.

Definitely would recommend.
