It does its job but with just some minor inconveniences.
Very small rice particles are getting out of the lid and just kinda spread around, they are very small and pretty easy to clean. I tried only with jasmine rice tho, maybe it would be different with another type of rice.
Rice on the bottom burns just a tiny bit, but it's unnoticeable at least for me. Maybe adding more water will help?
