Disappointed that there was no cable from printer to USB.....not good

paper feeder not working. hardly used 10 to 15 prints. after that dead. very poor machine. totally disappointed.

This is my 3rd Canon Printer. Reason for buying...reasonable price, reliable printer, compact size for my small room, but does the job as well as bigger printers.

This is an excellent product, I thought that it would be difficult to set up as I am an over 80s person and not very tech savvy but I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was and how easy it is to use.

Driver installation is lengthy and not guaranteed to work on all laptops. If you print regularly and have the patience to set it up, it performs fine but for occasional use, it's more trouble than it's worth. We'll be looking for an alternative when it's time to replace.

Reliable printer that gives good quality printing

Will not let my laptop connect to printer I bought it as it was hard wire as WiFi no good you send a disk but nowhere for it to go so have to buy a new printer that will take a hard wire connection

Always grabs more than one sheet of paper, mis aligned prints after aligning the printer

This printer is easy to set up not wireless but very quick .I have spent lots of money on printers that do everything apart from wash the dishes and are no better than this one .a good price.It is quick scans does all you want .genuinely happy 2 year warranty for me a no brainer .

It's ok. Value for the money. It does what it says on the box.

It was the only one I could buy with a USB cable. I did not want wireless.

So I was stuck with this. I wish Canon made more USB only.

Excellent printer does the job so glad there is cd/dvd software. So happy with purchase

Bought as a replacement for existing canon printer. No need to explore other manufacturers as completely happy with canon options

Happy with printer. Print on draft and the ink lasts longer

It may be very good but I cannot enable it to print from my computer. It prints well with microsoft on line test and cannon online test but not straight from my computer. Lost

I recently bought this to replace an older model which I had used for a number of years.

It is much quieter than the previous model and I am happy with my purchase.

Could not be better! Everything!

Chose this model because it connects only by USB and there had been problems connecting a more sophisticated Pixma to WiFi. Very basic, and the extendable print support feels rather fragile. No LED screen for adjusting photocopies (enlarge, darken/lighten etc). Also the print dialogue box doesn't allow selection of matt photo paper, though it prints OK on matt. But a good basic no-frills all-in-one.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago,but hadn’t realised it was laptop to printer via Ethernet cable which I haven’t got.

So I binned it and bought an Epson wi-fi printer recommended by a friend.

Brilliant

Doesn't print borderless. Ink very expensive. Poor buy!

So far so good. The last one lasted 21 months. I'm not good with tech stuff these days.

This is the always the same model which I pay at every single office i come to work in. Simple, fast, easy to use and best value for money!
