i have had mine for approx 6 years never had any trouble with it

I bought a UK version over to Ireland. I was able to load and receive Freesat and receive Irish based broadcast digital channels. I am delighted with this however, the HDD for channel recording does not have a good interface and does not permit veiwing on an other channel. Also I cannot load rte player and BBC iPlayer would require a VPN.

A great second TV for the bedroom. For a smaller room it's a perfect fit. Good quality image and audio.

Useless software. So bad even tge good picture cannot compensate. Will never buy another TV.

Even the app is useless. In fact, worse, it does really work.

I bought it a month ago and it’s a beautiful tv and quality sound and picture

I bought this TV sometime ago, it has performed brilliantly in all respects, Picture and sound were set up well from the factory and didn't need altering. It has both terrestrial and satellite connections, 4 HDMI, 2 USB and Ethernet connections, plenty of installed apps that can be added to. I can get Google etc and all Internet programs which I use a Bluetooth keyboard to navigate round. What more can you ask? Very happy with my purchase.

Happy until update Sony needs to sort this out soon

Excellent tv had for around 6 years I received a update I installed the update from Sony website absolutely destroyed my tv .the tv is unresponsive the screen freezers it takes minutes for the tv to respond to the remote it was my pride and joy until sony sent me the update devastating my tv destroyed

I bought it two years ago, I'm already thinking about a new one

Since update to android 10 ..worst tv ever crashes all the time ..well done sony on update .don't give up your

Great for 2 years then part of the back light blew expensive 2 years disappointed

BUY SIMETHING ELSE - this will not work with bluetooth headphones

and in wall mounted impossible to fix attachments that would need to be attached

to make any headphone functional.

unfortunately tv was already supplied in a newbuild - would never have chosen it.

good screen though i will grant that but not used because cannot hear the sound without headphones. utterly useless

Tv is lovely but the sound let's it down and the sony sound bar I have is not compatible with the tv so not happy as don't want to buy another sound bar

Always buy sony tv`s but found the sound quality very poor have to purchase a sound bar.

I bought this TV 2 years ago, the outlook is good and the image is very sharp. However, it's always cannot connect to the wifi while other devices do not have the problem.

I bought this model because it had an Android OS. Works fine. No longer needed to use a FireStick. Picture quality and general functionality are great also.

Bought the TV 3 years ago and it's been faultless. Highly recommended.

Easy to use it even turns out old Samsung Blu-ray surround sound on and off via optical connection. Beautiful picture and light and thin build.

My only down on this tv us that you can't watch live channels on itvx more 4 etc
