LG 43UN7390 43" 4K Ultra HD LED -televisio

A lovely TV with good picture and sound quality.We wanted a white tv to replace the one we had previously which suddenly stopped working .

Nice quality picture. Usual 'Smart' features and buttons. Downside is the complex guide manual; it is not an easy step-by-step reference. Also, because it's only online, you need a tablet to refer to, certainly for the initial setup. This is not my main TV, so even after several months, I still don't know my way round the system and often have to go to the tablet to look things up.

Good picture but problem with apps- not all available to download or use all on this tv

I’m pleased with the picture on this tv but only given it 3 stars because it doesn’t have access to the catch up hubs for ITV, or channels 4 & 5. It only has access to BBC i player. Also the recording of programmes can only be done onto a stick, which I don’t have. I didn’t find any of this out when I first got the tv because there is no physical manual, it is inside the tv & I don’t know how to access it. I emailed LG & they told me they don’t have licences for the catch up hubs, except the BBC i player. As a pensioner in lockdown I need to be able to catch up with favourite programmes I’ve missed so I’ve had to pay for the extra tv service from my internet provider. I shouldn’t have to do this with a brand new tv! LG think that access to lots of other silly apps will make up for the loss of catch up. It does not!
