I had this TV for 11 months and picked it up and it broke. I never used undue force nor did I bash the TV which was suggested by LG whom refused to repair it. I have 5 LG TVs and as they become to a point when they need upgraded I am changing brand.

Quality sound with quality definition, which most competitors lack. Great value for money.

Good picture and app availability. Easy to connect to sky q and the remote will even control the sky box. Found it more difficult to connect to Amazon Alexa but can now control the tv via my echo speakers. It does sometimes fail to connect. Disappointed that it does not have gallery mode, but not that important. Was a good price for a NanoCell tv and the picture does seem a bit better than the one from my previous 4K LG 2017 model that it replaced. I also prefer the thinner bezel on this 49SM8050plc.

Pleased with the picture and the sound since we bought an LG soundbar. There are some negatives such as an inability to record on to memory stick unless the TV is on so no recording programmes when not in or overnight. Can't understand why this is not possible. Contacted LG who tole me to use a timer so TV would come on and go off during the night! Really! The sound from TV without the soundbar isn't good unless turned up so loud all the neighbours would be complain. The picture is clear although they never look as sharp as seen in the showroom.

Got this as a replacement for previous lg tv. Excellent picture quality. Very happy with the purchase.

New TV so not tried everything on it yet. Picture looks great even for non 4K.

It is easy to set up and the magic remote is a great feature which is easy to use.

Hyvä kuvanlaatu, yllättävän hyvät äänet omillakin kaiuttimilla, helppo asennus ja mahtava kaukosäädin. Tässä oli omalle kohdalle kaikki tärkeät asiat kohdallaan ja kun hintakin oli vielä asiallinen niin eipä ole tarvinnut katua ostosta. WebOS on helppo käyttää ja sieltä löytyy kaikki tarpeelliset suoratoisto palvelut.

Great price, easy to set up. Good features and spec. Excellent picture quality and great build quality.

Love the colors,wish the blacks were darker.i think the tvs appearence is cool.i dont like the light bleed around the edges though.for a budget nanocell it is ok.would love a more high end nanocell 2020 as i thought when i bought mine it was 2020 model but its 2019.when very said it was new i think they just meant being put on there website.

After many years with another manufacturer , thought it would be nice to have a change.

Doing endless hours of research ,my mind was made up. This tv is the best i have ever had the sound and picture quality is amazing . Would i recommend this TV with out doubt , Thank you LG
