TV has ethernet Lan Connection problem , when trying to VPN, Tv gets disconnection from Ethernet Lan, it works with WIFI When enabling VPN. But not with Lan Connection. I hope they will fix this big issue with the new updates. !

This is AWESOME! Great on vivid screen mode. Ambilight is amazing! And there's so much stuff I can keep finding new unknown benefits.

Recently added a Philips Tab6305/10 soundbar and the audio sync is so frustrating am considering replacing both. Have enjoyed Philips TV's for many years especially the Ambilight but in following all guidance on how to setup both TV and soundbar within minutes of both being powered on the audio is out of sync with the picture

Had this one year and just love it so far , no complaints still a massive wow factor

TV was easy to setup and download all apps. it looks very sleek and smart and the picture quality is very good, I would also say the sound quality is decent and sounds good enough without a soundbar or speakers, however I think if you want the richest sound it would be best to have them. The Ambilight is probably the best feature on the TV as it changes colour seamlessly with the picture on screen! This is especially good when gaming as it helps take stress off your eyes. The only main downfall in my opinion would be the remote as on the surface it looks great and even has a qwerty keyboard on the back... but the buttons dont always work first time and sometimes need a couple extra presses... But overall a very good purchase.

Love the TV, so many things to watch and YOUTUBE is great, just speak and off you go:)

We bought this tv about 7 months ago and I have slowly become more and more annoyed with the user experience. The apps on the system do not work properly a lot of the time, we have to switch off the tv at the wall and unplug it at least once a week. It signs me out of apps such as YouTube, this happens frequently without me signing out and actually won’t let me sign back in at the moment. Netflix it will skip over films I’m trying to select. On Amazon, there are often issues when watching films. It will say there is an error while watching something randomly, or it will freeze after resuming a film after I’ve paused it and replayed the film or series. It’s not my internet as I have fibre internet speeds up to 220mbps. BBC iPlayer often won’t load at all along with the other on-demand services. Overall hugely disappointed with these issues. It’s a shame as the picture quality on this tv is excellent, as well as the speakers. The Ambilight is great also and adds drama to films. When it works properly on amazon.

The image is very good during the day, watching in the evening is a tragedy of overexposure on the matrix, the uneven TV frame sticks out from the screen in some places

I had Philips TV before and i have decided to change to other brand but i had noticed that i did a big mistake. Because i realized that Philips picture quality is unbeatable. Finally i have new Philips android TV and i don't think i will go back to any other brand. Android TV made my entertainment live so easy. Most useful apps on my phone for watching TV is in the Android TV too so i don't have to use any other devices to screen mirroring to watch something.

The TV is incredible the price, the picture quality is great and the ambilight adds that extra level of emersion. You will not be disapointed.

Apart from having trouble mirror screening my phone and my Samsung tablet to the tv also why can't i download the full range of apps from the play store? . Ive no complaints. The 65" tv on my wall is truly amazing with the ambilight light up. Ill try and upload some pictures.

excellent ambilight as everybody keeps saying but screen quality is just terrible. I had two TV replaced one after another and both have disasterous light bleeds and you do see them on TV when watching movies. It is a big gamble to buy a Philips to be honest. BBC app reported on Philips don't work - many people suffer. Also other thing work irratically.
