It does not require frequent maintenance and even the maintenance process is very easy to perform. It is great to use De' Longhi maintenance products that are easily found on the market. This machine makes the best Espresso ever and being a born-and-raised Italian I am quite demanding with my coffee. My cappuccino in the morning takes less than a minute to make. The machine's swiftness in warming up makes it fantastic. It is a couple of years old but looks and behaves like a brand new machine. The incorporated grinder is phenomenal, and I can choose if I want to use ground coffee or coffee beans. I just love this machine!

Only issue we have found is the milk doesn't get very hot and you need to microwave it. Easy to use and navigate. Has only just started playing up with issue going through descale process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this coffee machine for a year now and I absolutely love it. It's really easy to use and makes a fantastic cappuccino.

I bought this automatic coffee machine to replace an older De Longhi one that was no longer working. Always been very happy with the quality of coffee from De Longhi automatic machines and was pleased with the improved usability of this newer model.

Had this a couple of weeks and it makes great coffee and it’s easy to adapt to personal tastes, either for individual drinks or programming for future settings. This would have been a 5 star review except the machine DOES NOT OFFER COFFEE OVER ICE AS ADVERTISED which is a setting point. WHY? No idea. But it’s not one of the drinks available on the menu. Also can’t find any reference to it. DISAPPOINTING!

                  The app is also very slow to connect to the machine.
                  Overall a great machine (my 4th coffee machine).

The ability to tailor your coffee your preference is great. Perfect coffee at the push of a button.

Not worth the money should have a temperature setting for your liking ,this is set for child proof heat needs a minute in the microwave to get a hot coffee.

                  Uses more water washing than making a coffee.
                  Defiantly would not recommend as to miss write up of said product (stay clear)

does not make coffee hot enough, even after following troubleshooting which required setting temp to highest setting, pre heating the entire machine, wasting tank water running rinses and cleans every time to heat it all and pre warming the cup, it still requires microwaving! after a week and a half the coffee delivery blocked up and by the 2 week mark we are sending the machine back for a refund.

Love it! Simply to use, understand and clean! Ordered one for more parents too!

I bought this machine 18/02/2024. I decided to changed my manual delonghi specialista into automatic dinamica plus coffee machine. This machine just makes warm milk for my cappucino. I have to reheat in the microwave oven to get the 60 deg C I want. Done a lot of settings as instructed by delonghi rep. but no improvement. They sent me new milk carafe but no changes. So disappointed with this model of delonghi coffee machine.

I bought this model recently. It was quite detailed and took awhile to set up. My main complaint is that the coffee is not hot enough even on the highest setting. I prewarm the mug which is a pain in itself. Considering returning it as its an expensive machine to just have ok warm coffee.

Need a new machine, this is better than I can brag.

We love this coffee machine, it is not only very elegant and chic compared to other bulky coffee machines but also makes great coffees and is very reliable, we have this machine for almost four years now with no issue. Highly recommended! 👍😊
