I bought this phone in July 2024.I have had issues with this model, such as screen freeze.

I have contacted Sony support twice. Each time I was asked to reset the Xperia but this failed to fix the problem . I downloaded support by Sony to the phone. Done another reset this caused a problem with the Bluetooth, So now I have a Sony Xperia with random Bluetooth and Screen Freeze. Disappointed ? Very much so.

I have had the product for four years now without any faults or problems. Good value for money

Tuote on ihan mukava, mutta ei maksa 200 euroa. Vastaavia puhelimia löytyy 150€. Lisäksi kamerat ovat järkyttävän huonoja.

Kun tarvitaan seniori-ikäiselle uusi puhelin, pitäydytään merkissä, koska laatu on hyväksi havaittu ja perustoiminnot pysyvät ennallaan. Ikävää toki on tarve kasvattaa puhelinten koko tällä hetkellä, mutta L4 on sopivan kapea vielä seniorin käteen. kameratoiminnot ovat Sonylla onnistuneita, koska seniori ottaa mieluusti kuvia puhelimellaan eikä enää digikameralla. Hintansa väärti.
