I bought this TV just under 4 years ago and it has developed a thick light grey steak along the bottom of the screen. It is quite noticeable on single colour backgrounds such as a football field on a soccer program.

I am assuming it is some kind of screen burn in but cant undserstand where it has come from. I would have thought the screen would have lasted a lot longer than this. I am shortly going to have to buy a new set as I find it very annoying and seems to be getting worse

Great tv but had an annoying bug .

Exact Same bug on my oledC1 newer model of this tv.

I believe a software update could patch this

Simultaneously Watching freeview from inbuilt freeview player and having live playback enabled causes channels to change location randomly. Took months to figure out. C1 model turn live playback off and no more bug. But missing this function now.

Please look into this for a future update bugfix.

This TV keeps losing the tuning settings. A new motherboard was fitted to cure the problem and it worked for some weeks and has now started to do the same thing over and over again. Continually having to retune to the local channels.

10kk peruskäytön jälkeen ilmestyi vaalea 10cm leveä pystypalkki. Onneksi takuu voimassa. Aika heikko laatu. Muutenhan tuo on kova peli kaikenlaiseen katseluun ja pelailuun.

Nice looking TV but i fond it a bit complex to use and have to go between 2 remote controls.

nice thin surround. picture not as good as i thought it would be. Don't get me wrong it is a good picture but doesn't seem as sharp and bright as in the shop. Assume they pick and choose what they show in store to show it off at its best.

4K120hz HDMI 2.1. OLED. G-Sync... -Siinäpä se.

Hommasin kyseisen telkun otsikossa mainitun näytönohjaimen kaveriksi, koska tämä on yksi harvoista telkkareista/näytöistä joilla saa puristettua KAIKKI mehut NVIDIAN lippulaivamallista.

Hetkeäkään en ole hankintaa katunut.

Normaalit pelit saivat uuden elämän, varsinkin uudet AAA-pelit näyttävät upeilta.

Käytössä myös normaalissa työpöytäkäytössä, eikä siinäkään tuota pettymystä.

Hankin 48" version juurikin tämän vuoksi, edullisempi 55" malli olisi ollut jo liian iso työpöytäkäyttöön.

Ainoa mikä harmittaa on se, että miksen hankkinut tätä jo aikaisemmin?

There are different audio setting some of which are muffled not clear. Initial setting easy but others are not clear to understand. Picture is clear ounce the eco button has been taken off. Not clear instructions found on Youtube.

Fantastic TV. Really user friendly. Its fast and responsive. Picture quality is incredible

The hardware itself seems good but the fact that anyone that has a 2020 version cannot use proper UK catchup services makes this an absolute "do not buy" recommendation.

LG clearly cannot be trusted and unless they clear up this debacle and do the right thing and sort the 2020 firmware I recommend you stay clear of their products as there are plenty of alternatives!

Great picture. Power lead is too short and cannot be changed.

Beautiful picture with good blacks. Smart features very useful.

The LG OLED gives you the purest blacks and the most natural colour. Definitely recommend for someone who loves to watch TV

Great TV: picture and sound. BUT far too much emphasis on fripperies: controlling from other devices (why?). And I cannot have all the source inputs displayed on the home dashboard, which is a basic requirement; there is only one box to display "live tv", so I can't switch directly between satellite and antenna, even though both are live sources carrying different programmes. Big failing.

Meni makkariin, jossa reilu parin metrin katseluetäisyys juuri passeli 48”:lle. Helppokäyttöinen, loistava kuva ja upeat värit. Erityisesti äänenlaatu yllätti - ei tarvetta soundbarille!

Hdmi 2.1, 4k-reso, hdr ja 120hz maksimi, jahka näyttis ja pönttö pystyy pyörittämään. Jos ei aivan kilpailutasolla ole pakko fps pelata, kaikki pyörii niinkuin unelma. Aiemmin päivittäisessä 6-10h/vrk pc-pelaamisessa käytössä ollut jo vajaa neljä vuotta lg oled65B8 eikä merkkiäkään pikseleiden väsymisestä. Tästä on mahdoton siityä takaisin lcd-maailmaan, vaikka olisi mikä nanocell, ips yms. Samsungin quatumit pääsee hyvin lähelle, toki varmaan paremmilla latensseilla, mutta eron huomaa ja se ärsyttää. Jos mustan pitää olla mustaa, eikä budjetti ole tiukka, tästä hyvä "vanhempi malli". Uudempaan verraten en huomannut eroa mutta kokemus sillä jäi alle 20h.

Mahtava laite itsellä käytössä xbox series X ja pc kanssa jossa on RTX 3080. Kuvanlaatu täydellinen ja appi lista todella kattava. Jos käyttä stream palveluja ja haluat parhaan kuvan tämä tv on sinulle. Jos omistat uuden konsolin tämä on ehkä paras mahdollinen valinta. C9 mallli löytyy olohuoneesta ja tämä on hyvin samanlainen. Jos otat tämän "monitori" käyttöön varmista että koneessa on HDMI 2.1 muuten et saa 120Hz ulos vaan joudut käyttämään 60Hz jolloin en voi enään suositella monitori käyttöön.

Television kuvanlaatu on erittäin hyvä, kritiikki on suunnattu LG:tä ja television muita ominaisuuksia kohtaan.

LG markkinoi tätä televisiota myös pelaamiseen/tietokoneen näytöksi soveltuvana, mutta tietokoneen näytöksi televisio soveltuu varsin kehnosti.

• Televisiossa on auto-dimming ominaisuus, joka automaattisesti himmentää ruutua tasaisin väliajoin tehden esimerkiksi tekstin lukemisesta hankalaa. Tämän kyseisen ominaisuuden saa pois päältä ainoastan erikseen ostettavalla service-kaukosäätimellä. Television valikosta löytyvän (AI Service->AI Brightness Control) asetuksen kytkeminen pois päältä ei vaikuta tähän kyseiseen ominaisuuteen. Jos sinulla ei tuota erikoiskaukosäädintä ole, joudut minuutin välein highlightaamaan tekstiä (tai vaihtamaan selaimen välilehteä), jolloin ruudun kirkkaus palautuu takaisin alkuperäiseen.
  
  
• Televisiossa on bluetooth, joka on aina päällä eikä sitä saa kytkettyä pois päältä. WiFi:n saa kytkettyä pois päältä.
  
  
• Sitten on tämä LG:n älynväläys tuputtaa väkisin mainoksia. Haluatko maksaa 1150€ siitä etuoikeudesta, että saat katsoa LG:n mainoksia? Jos televisio on kytketty nettiin, ovat mainokset ja tietojenkeruu aina päällä eikä niitä saa kytkettyä kokonaan pois päältä millään.

Easily the best TV I've ever owned. I haven't found anything it doesnt do brilliantly. The picture while on a good 4k source is genuinely stunning. Upscaling is also excellent.

The sound while not quite as good as the picture is more than adequate, and better than most.

Where this TV also shines is its underlying OS, and the apps it has. I have a 4k firecube that I used extensively with my old TV. With this one, I haven't used it once. Everything just works, and importantly is really responsive.

The remote control is also great, easy to use with a nice weight. There is nothing about the TV I can be objectivly critical about. It's a wonderful all-rounder. It isn't cheap, but it blows the competition out of the water. Highly recommended.

This TV is fantastic. The colour, contrast and detail you get is utterly amazing. And, finally, it comes with a 48" screen so it fits without taking over the whole living room. The sound isn't bad at all but adding a soundbar improves it no end. It's expensive mind but, I don't regret buying it at all.

This TV has a very good picture quality. It is let down by it’s complicated remote control that is not easy to work out how to use. It has far too many modes of operation which get in the way that it is supposed to be a Tv after all and not try too offer you far too many other things it thinks you might want.

Excellent tv sound is amazing and works perfectly for gaming. Worth the money

Nice tv . Very good picture once you get it set up to your own preference . I think the sound is pretty good for most content too. I very rarely feel I have to use my surround sound with the this tv. Some catch up TV apps missing , but you can find them by other means ( fire stick ) , Set top box etc .

On screen pictures are stunning, colours are natural. Watching a channel such as Disney let’s the Dolby Vision really shine Guardians of the Galaxy 2 opening scene sparkles. With Sound + Vision on Cinema setting. Looks great as a piece of furniture even when turned off. Not a big fan of remote but that’s only a minor complaint.
