First LG tv i have purchased. Great TV, design and ease of use. Love the flat wall mounting system. My only issue is that the smart apps dont include All4

Great TV - very pleased with the picture and sound quality. Disappointed that it didn’t come with Freeview Play. Will this be rectified with a software update.

Excellent picture although picture can be a little to dark in HDR mode.

Would be nice to have the option to turn HDR off.

Had the GX since February 2021, and so far it has been away for repair twice. First it was a blown pixel, and the second time the Wi-Fi modem was intermittently dropping out (requiring a software update that for some reason was not available to me when I checked several times). The onscreen setup of the audio gives the impression that two bluetooth speakers can be added, but apparently not. It would have been good to have been offered a discount on the purchase of legs for this TV - I needed the wide stance of the legs for my setup, meaning the CX was not suitable. I also like the future possibility to wallmount at a later date. The picture quality is superb, though the audio can be hit or miss. It is certainly better than many built in options, but a decent soundbar is recommended. The remote is functional, but an upgrade option with a backlight or touchscreen would have been nice. The additional depth of the top of the screen over the CX certainly gives it more of a durable feel - especially if needing to move the TV at some point. The LG Voice Function needs work, and can be annoying by bleeping in the middle of the night with the TV in standby.

Spent many of months during the lockdown comparing TV's. Always been a LG guy and this particular model delivers on all fronts. Even my older model which is only HD Ready delivers spectacularly.

The picture when watching 4K and HD content is crisp and vibrant. The only thing that lets it down slightly is the motion. It lags slightly and is slightly blurring when shots pan quickly.

Absolutely superb TV that needs no intervention from me to sort out natural colours and tone. The wall bracket (supplied) is the most ingenious I have come across to enable the TV to sit flush with the wall. Sound is amazing from such a thin TV, incredible!

We purchased an LG GX65 to replace a Panasonic OLED CZ952, so a hard act to follow. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of this TV. From mounting it on the wall using the VESA mounting points to it's connectivity to other devices, its absolutely brilliant. Picture and sound quality is about as good as it gets, the super slim design is perfect and the menu system is simple to navigate. I have the ThinQ app on my phone and that basically gives me a remote control on my phone. I would thoroughly recommend this TV without a second thought and comparing it to other similar TV's I feel the price was fair and offers good value.

I would say bracket could have been a bit better just a bit awkward if wall not dead flat, but that me being picky

The design of the screen and the picture quality just blew me away. After being a qled owners for years. This tv has changed everything. WOW !

Takes up a lot of electricity but oh well, what a tv. Ultimate quality all round.

LG GX 2020 Model - The power cord should be longer and be detachable from the TV as it makes it difficult to thread the plug when trying to hide the wires with a moulded attached plug. This is a fundamental requirement for the Gallery series as it aims to be wall mounted.

Also it is very disappointing they they do not updated the WEBOS version at least for a few years. I have just bought a 2020 model with WEBOS5 and WEBOS6 has been released a month later.

Beautiful all round tv crystal clear picture to much to list.
