Terribly designed and dangerous as a result
The resistor sits unevenly and even touches the bottom of the smoker. Completely unacceptable. The parts do not even match what you see in the instructions. Just to give you a further idea of the quality of this brand, I bought a pair of grilling gloves from them, and received TWO LEFT gloves.
