Bought to replace my ageing earbuds, over ear are much more comfortable and they sound good. Noise cancelling works perfectly in noisy environments.

Got these headphones as part of a package deal with my new Sony mobile phone. They've been hanging around for a year or more as I've already got some Sony headphones WH-CH700N which I've had for about three years and are great. These new headphones are a much cheaper variant they're not as comfortable, the controls for play/pause, volume & ffw/red are useless as they're touch sensitive but you don't see where to touch and if you happen to accidentally tap one it will cause unwanted operation on said controls. Glad I didn't buy them as I would have returned to retailer.

I already had an awesome set of Sony headphones, but when these came in the post and I tried and tested them, I honestly cried with joy because the sound was so good. I especially appreciate that their sound output can be tailored to your ear shape, I think this is what makes the biggest difference from all the other headphones I've tried...

The head phones are really good the best I have had the only bad fault I have found with them is the ear surround padding starts to peel off which I wouldn't expect with the price of the head phones. I will have to see if they sell them separately or it's a new set.

Fantastic sound, easy to use, and very comfortable. Love the app so you can taylor the sound that you want.

After fully charging the battery will go flat after just a few days without use.

Bought these noise cancelling headphones for flying after some ling haul trips with screaming children. Work very well in eliminating the aircraft noise and also at reducing passenger noise. Sound quality is very good for the price, especially when you use the equaliser to reduce the unnaturally deep bass evident on some tracks.

They fit nicely and are comfortable to wear over many hours of use. They also fold nicely for storage and the quality seems good. Overall very pleased with the purchase, and I'm sure they will provide many years of service.

Bought a month ago. Has loud random beep type noise in left earpiece.

Sony support take so long to respond its as though they are hoping you will give up.

I brought these the other day and I have to to say I’m very happy with this product, nice shape, the sponge for the ears is really soft, very easy to set up through the Sony apps and of course they sound great with noise cancelling and the ambient sound on very nice product and very happy with my purchase

Bought a fortnight ago. The sound is good, but I thought I could use Alexa without other devices but up to now have worked it out.

I have bought this headphone in 2020, the audio quality is very good for me and the battery life was sufficant for me.

However it broke after around 6 months or so without any careless handling or accident.

After sending it to repair i could use it again but it broke again and my noise cancelling isn't functioning correctly anymore, making a blank noise when using it.

So in conclusion, the headphones overall is good but is heavily dragged down by its poor build quality and design.

At the end i wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

I was about to go on a long train ride and needed a pair of headphones to help pass the time. These were perfect. The sound quality is outstanding. The battery lasted a decent time. The noise cancelling feature was a godsend. Connecting to my phone was a piece of cake, and the headphones app made customising my experience even easier.

Top class noise cancelling (wind filter is especially good), comfortable to wear & great battery life on full charge.

Cuts out all background noise and very clear audio L&R.

It does the job perfectly.

Fantastic top-end Bluetooth 5.0 lossless LDAC quality playback;

only negatives (I would have given 4.5* if possible, but I could not give full 5* with these two issues, albeit minor, in mind)

• Manual haptic controls on outer surface of R side too sensitive/irregular responsiveness
• Battery drains very quickly if you are maximising the quality, which is understandable, but not ideal
