I recently purchased the Electrolux E5HB1-4SS Create 5 hand blender from Verkkokauppa, and I am thoroughly impressed! The blender is of excellent quality, feels sturdy and heavy, and performs exceptionally well. It’s powerful and efficient, making my kitchen tasks much easier and faster.

However, I did encounter a bit of inconvenience during the purchase process. Initially, I picked up a hand blender but was not satisfied with it after seeing it physically. I requested the staff to exchange it for another product, but due to Verkkokauppa’s SOP, the staff couldn’t do so. Instead, I was advised to cancel the booking and make a new purchase, which took extra time and effort.

If Verkkokauppa could update their policy to allow direct exchanges rather than requiring a new purchase, it would significantly improve the customer experience.

That said, the service was helpful and polite, and once I got the right product, I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended for the quality of the product!

Tuntuu aluksi melko painavalta edelliseen muoviseen verrattuna. Tehokas ja hiljainen.

it's literally worth buying, very multifunctional.

Hyvä perusmalli, jokaa ajaa asiansa. Tehokas ja näppärä laite. Olisin kaivannut irrotettavan terän ja erilaisia vaihtoteriä. Onneksi mukana on sentään lisävarusteina kulho ja sen sisään menevä isompi irtoterä, joka jauhaa tai murskaa esim. keksejä tai pähkinöitä leivontaan.

Kotikokille aivan riittävä, plussaa ruostumattomasta teräksestä.
