Great Product, but Exchange Policy SOP!!Arvosana 5/5
I recently purchased the Electrolux E5HB1-4SS Create 5 hand blender from Verkkokauppa, and I am thoroughly impressed! The blender is of excellent quality, feels sturdy and heavy, and performs exceptionally well. It’s powerful and efficient, making my kitchen tasks much easier and faster.
However, I did encounter a bit of inconvenience during the purchase process. Initially, I picked up a hand blender but was not satisfied with it after seeing it physically. I requested the staff to exchange it for another product, but due to Verkkokauppa’s SOP, the staff couldn’t do so. Instead, I was advised to cancel the booking and make a new purchase, which took extra time and effort.
If Verkkokauppa could update their policy to allow direct exchanges rather than requiring a new purchase, it would significantly improve the customer experience.
That said, the service was helpful and polite, and once I got the right product, I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended for the quality of the product!
