I bought this to print out photos it’s brilliant

I needed to replace my existing Canon printer. Following guidance from Radoslav Krumov in your services and support team I purchased the TS8352a. Delighted with my purchase and acknowledge the help provided during my telephone conversation with Radoslav.

Although build quality is not up tp my old Pixma ip6600D it only cost about half ,so great value. Photo quality great - possibly lacking some colour saturation compared to previous pixma but otherwise true. Loading paper is not great as is folding away the tray.

The design is absolutely awful. Plastic and flimsy and can't even print as it keeps saying load paper (even though its been tested with 2 or 10 pieces of paper). Do yourself justice and do NOT buy this rubbish please.

The printer works well printing excellent photos, documents and scans well, it’s just a shame that the ink is horrendously expensive!

Bought after a lot of research. It's a good buy, excellent price. Print quality is excellent and photos are really good

I bought this a few weeks ago at a very good price to replace an older variant and am very happy with it....excellent photo prints.

Bought this to replace my old reliable 6350. At least as good.

I am so sorry to have bought this printer. it loses the IP address while printing. then I need help.

I am very happy with my new printer that was recommended by canon.

It lives up to all that is claimed.

I still don’t understand half the messages it gives. All the moving front panel, pop out print tray etc just seems so contrived and unnecessary. The CD tray caused issues by causing confusing error messages about its storage. Eventually I just removed it entirely and put it in a drawer. Print quality is good and wifi connection not a problem - yet! So it’s OK but not faultlessly impressive

I have bought Canon printers for some years now and I bought this one to replace my 5750 model that was still working well printing a copying, but proving difficult to use for scanning. It was easy to set up and works well in all forms. Whilst I was happy with previous one , the text on this is sharper than the 5750. I have not printed photos or run off colour pages so cannot comment on those. It is also more compact when not printing which is a bonus

I purchased this to replace a Canon MG6450 which had a print head failure after very many years use and was looking for an MFD with a relatively small footprint which could be located within a cupboard. The print speed and quality is impressive although it seems slightly slower than my previous Canon when turning the page for duplex printing. Getting setup on 2 PC's was fairly easy (I am not using a mobile to print from) although the description of the 2 alternative drivers on the Canon website could have been made slightly clearer. Only thing I'm not keen on is the requirement to confirm (touchpad on the printer) that you want to retract the paper holder and then manually shut the printer closure when switching off. Surely this could have been taken care of in the driver software on the PC?

I've not tried using photo paper but even photos printed on ordinary paper look impressive. Overall though I'm very pleased with the printer.

My existing TS8150 stopped printing and no matter what instructions I followed nothing worked including switching power off.

So I purchased a new TS8350. Before I swop the printers I switched on again my old printer and it’s worked fine ever since. So my new printer is still in the box. So frustrating Canon ! So I cannot rate this product but will not accept inputs so I gave three star middle of the raod

Easy to install and easy to use

Bought to replace my broken pix a ip7250 seems to work well

Only had occasional use of this printer but so far happy with the speed and quality of print. Not printed any photo's yet but feel they will meet expectations based on documents printed.

Very pleased with my Canon Pixma TS8350a- it was so good to be able to use the same ink cartridges as my last printer- TS8150. Before when I have needed to replace the printer I have been left with a lot of unused cartridges, The set up was very quick and easy and it has proved very efficient to use on a number of tasks

As you would expect from Canon, this is a solidly built and well thought out product which is reasonably easy to set up and install.

One slight problem, I found the USB data cable very fiddly to install. The socket is recessed into one corner of the printer.

After years of suffering breakdowns and cartridge difficulties with other major brands it was time for a change. Looked for reliability, economy with ink without detriment to the finished product, good wireless connection and value for money and found it with the Canon TS8350a. For instance, the supplied (starter) ink cartridges have lasted longer than my old printer's regular ones and the printing is better quality!

I have no hesitation in recommending this printer.

Videoissa ja ohjeissa tapahtui aivan eti asioita mitä tapahtui oikeasti joten apuja ei juuri ollut. Harmittaa sillä odotin kyseistä tuotetta kauppaan saapuvan saatavuus ongelmien vuoksi. Koko ja ulkonäkö oli hyvä. Koe sivujen lisäksi ei ehtinyt pahemmin mitään tulostelemaan kun ei yhteyttä saatu aikaan joten. Palautin tuotteen kauppaan samana päivänä ja nyt tutustun Epsonin valikoimaan.
