Fantastic camera at a good price
Love it. Fits my requirements to a T
Great Camera
I bought this to replace an older Canon EOS camera. It took me a long time to decide that a mirrorless body was the way to go but in the end everything I read said yes. I have used it for a few weeks now and the results are fantastic (as you would expect from a Canon camera)
great compact system
most of the features none of the weight or bulk.
Great camera
I have used larger EOS cameras for a number of years but I stopped bringing them with me because of their bulky size and the fact that the mobile phone camera produced better low light photos. The update to a smaller EOS camera with a newer image processor made me start bringing the camera again. I really like the EOS M6 Mark II. The drawback I find is that the touch screen is accidentally pressed when walking with the camera hanging around the neck. I have mostly been using the prime lenses and I find them sharp. Due to my work I am doing some night time photography with strong backlight and the camera/lenses perform a bit less good than other combinations I have used earlier but still OK (way better than compact cameras such as Sony RX100).
Amazing Product
i have bought this product 10 year ago and it is still best product for children
Light weight
Can use my other canon lenses with it
Compact, lightweight alternative...
As a lifelong Canon enthusiast and bird photographer I have achieved great results with my 7D mk ii and EF lenses. As I’ve aged I do find the weight of this equipment sapping my enthusiasm so mirrorless was the way to go. This M6 mk ii with its rapid shooting and superb autofocus replicates the larger camera but with far greater portability. It has also opened up new avenues for me, in street photography, where the 32 mm f1.4 lens is brilliant in capturing low light urban panoramas. The tried and tested Canon menu and superb colour rendition remains in the M6 mk ii. I am very happy to recommend this wonderful pocket rocket to anyone seeking a lighter set up but with all the goodies that come with the larger cameras.

Mahtava pikkukamera
Janne222M, 25–34v Next step camera.
Having started on a budget camera I decided it was time to step up a notch and made my decision to go for the Canon M6 Mark ii. I am so happy with the camera and it was the ideal camera for the next step for me and photography. Full marks canon.
sweet kit
This is my fourth Canon camera (3x SLR - 1x 35mm & 2x digital and 1 "pocket" digital) - and I'm not disappointed, its brought my photography up to date in facilities, features, displays and user interface. To be used for business and pleasure - will definitely travel with me wherever.

Best M camera to date
As I prefer an integrated EVF, I was waiting for an M5 II , but when this camera was announced the specs looked so impressive I went ahead and bought it. Having a 32.5 mp sensor the image quality is fantastic with the right lens ie the 32mm f/1.4.
Even with less fast EF-M lenses I notice a difference in my images as I tend to use the Fine Detail setting for JPEGs . Out of camera JPEGS are impressive with the usual great Canon colours and I find exposures rarely need correcting due to their accuracy. Aiuto focus is much improved and can track and shoot at 14fps which is great for fast moving objects. One can focus from just about anywhere on the rear touch screen. EV goes down to -5 so you could possibly shoot a black cat in a coal mine , with a fast lens. As the camera does not have a built in viewfinder, this has to be purchased separately . I personally prefer an integrated EVF but the external one works very well along with the dioptre adjustment for those of us with less than perfect eyesight. This camera is small and light as are the native lenses, so is perfect for street photography and travel without being backbreaking. Battery life isn’t bad but it is usually a good idea to carry a spare .Menus are very straightforward , which is another thing I like about Canon cameras. For those who like shooting in HDR, the M6 II delivers several modes from normal( my favourite) to Art.
For those who like to use an external flash it can only be attached to the hot shoe if you are not using the EVF. As I don’t use flash , it isn’t a problem for me but might be for those who do. The little built in flash is quite handy as it is fairly manoeuvrable . Apart from not having an integrated EVF, my only other complaint is lack of weather sealing. This goes for the EF-M lenses too. I think that is a major oversight on Canon’s part . At present there are not many native lenses fior this camera, although one can attach EF & EFS lenses via an adapter , but this defeats the object if you want a small and light system. I believe other EF-M lenses will be forthcoming . The system very much needs a high focal length telephoto zoom for wildlife photography , so I live in hope ! Animal recognition in AF would have been great too. It is still a wonderful camera and is definitely a firm favourite . Highly recommended.
Easy to use great camera
Have only had it for a short while. Took it to Namibia and South Africa. Very easy to use. Great photos. Will need to get more familiar to get more out of it. Have not tried the video.
Outstanding little camera...!
I have only had this amazing little camera for less than 2 weeks. I bought it as an easy lightweight camera to back up my DSLR. Up to now I have not had any need to actually pick up my DSLR as this EOS M6 Mk11 is so much more effective. I bought it complete with the EVF-DC2 viewfinder...which is a must have accessory for panning for example birds in flight. The tilt screen has performed well in any light conditions but the removable viewfinder is a perfect addition for moving subjects. I like to take low point of view photographs and the tilt screen is so good for purpose. I also bought the Canon EF-M 11-22mm f4-5.6 IS USM lens and Mount adapter EF-EOS M. I have had amazing results using my EF lenses with this camera. I have been so impressed how well my EF lenses have performed especially my EF 300mm f-2.8 L IS USM 11. Tracking birds in flight is amazing. The EOS M6 Mk 11 locks onto birds so fast it is incredible. The high frame rate catches every moment that unfolds in front of the lens. Did I mention I was impressed with this camera :)
