I took it back and will never buy a Philips razor again. It left my neck and face all red and itchy

IT IS FAR TOO SOON TO BE WRITING A REVIEW AS I HAVE NOT HAD THE SHAVER LONG ENOUGH.

HOWEVER, I HAVE NOT BEEN HAVING A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH SHAVERS OF LATE. THEY ALL SEEM TO FAIL AFTER ABOUT SIX MONTHS. MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN DIABOLICAL. I GOT A FOIL SHAVER FROM PHILIPS AND MY EXPERIENCE HAS NOT BEEN GOOD. I RECENTLY GOT A ROTARY SHAVER WHICH DOES A BETTER JOB BUT I'M WORRIED ABOUT IT FAILING FOR NO REASON LIKE ALL THE OTHERS.

IF IT LASTS AT LEAST 4 YEARS I WILL BE HAPPY.

WITHOUT RELIABILITY, ALL OTHER QUALITIES AMOUNT TO NOTHING.

A reasonable shave - but not close. Feels good in hand. Charges quickly.

It's a really good shaver, I purchased it to replace my very old Philips PT920 shaver. Having used the Philips for years it was an easy decision to purchase another Philips. I would say that my older shaver seems to be better made, the on/off switch is a much better design and all round just feels better quality, ( maybe its a sign of the times). I would still highly recommend the Philips 3000 s3242/12 as its a really good shaver.

Always bought Philips. Again, does the job for me and happy with good shave it does

I chose this high rating because this Phillips shaver is very good I like the fact that you can use it in the shower plus it is rechargeable ideal for taking away on holiday this is to replace my old Remington should of brought a Phillips one in the first place very happy with my purchase

At 69 years old this shaver is, by far, the very best that I have ever owned, I've previously had Braun and Remington but this one out shaves all the others.

Even though this is a dry/wet shaver, I can't see any reason as to why one would want to bother to wet shave with it because the closeness of the dry shave is superb and the closest I ever got to manually wet shaving.

The shaver is reassuringly weighty in it's build quality, charges incredibly quickly giving dozens of shaves before it does need recharging. It cleans very efficiently under Luke warm running water and dries quickly.

I'm absolutely delighted I found this shaver and would most definitely highly recommended it.

I'm almost tempted to buy another in case, for whatever reason, Phillips decide to discontinue it!

I've always used phillips shavers and so did my dad, we both had the original series one

For years, so i thought get a up to date one, I'll be honest its not a close shave as my original one

But it will do, thats why i gave it only 4 star..

Bought for my man for Christmas. He said its the best shaver he's ever had. Its smooth and glides easily over the skin. It doesn't pull or snag. Hes very happy with it

Disappointed that it does not give a good clean shave.

A fantastic shaver and much better than I expected. I have a previous Philips model that but it's shaving quality had declined significantly with age. I did not expect the new model to be so good and it's easy to use, great battery life and more importantly the shaving experience is much improved.

My daughter brought this as a birthday present. I had mentioned to her partner that I was fed up

Using a wet razor, but the results are know where near as good as oil and a razor blade

A fine product, very efficient with a superbly quiet motor.

The razor is very easy to use and the battery life is excellent. Reason for score is I would have liked to been provided with a brush to clean the heads etc.

This shaves so quickly and smoothly - charge lasts weeks as well.

After many years of wet shaving with a premium blade I decided to give electric razor a try, mainly because of convenience when we are away in our caravan. I didn't expect it to be as smooth or close as a wet shave but even so it disappointed me. I have to shave twice a day to feel like there is no stubble. Cleaning the razor is fiddly to do thoroughly so it tends to get a quick rinse under the tap. Keeping it clean and hygienic is important otherwise it tends to cause spots. Having said that, it is useful and quick to use when away from home. At home I am still using a 5 blade wet razor and feel much better for it.

Compared to my last phillips this one seems very under powdered. Fully charged but just doesn't seem very powerful...apart from that a very nice razor.

Shaver is good but not as good as advertised, still can't get a clean shave i have to use a disposable to finish off.

The razor is so much better and cleaner shave, than the other make I had. The other good point is the chunky handle, I have arthritis in my hands so find it hard to grip things but the size of the handle on this electric shaver it has been so much easier to hold . If I had to find a something to find a folt with, it could have come with a stand and somewhere to put the charging cable. But considering how good it works I can over look that, this time 😁
