menu/remote is very laggy. has stopped working after 2 years

This is a good TV. It is not top of the range but it's not expensive.Good picture. I use separate speakers.

It has to be the worst TV I've ever purchased, forever got something wrong.. The current one is that I have the perfect volume but no picture. Others are freezing a lot when on Netflix, also getting a scrambled picture when watching normal TV or just cutting out.

Like if I have Dolby Vision support, why I can't use it while playing games?

Good value at under £700 for a 70" UHD (with HDR, HLG, and Dolby Vision), however, the actual experience isn't great.

The performance of my 70PUS6504 has been poor from the start (currently 12 months old).

Initially, performance was good but after 2 months, the iPlayer app stopped working. I received great, personal response from Philips care and they resolved the issue with a new software update within 2 weeks.

The TV remained stable until an update in December 2020 (version TPM196E_091.003.210.001). Since then the picture quality has been poor, especially on BBC iPlayer HLG content.

Lots of unnatural skin tones and image ghosting - see photo and video from UHD Black Narcissus.

Another fault occurs during viewing of UHD content, with split second flashes of green square shapes in the lower half of the screen. This can really distract from viewing experience.

The Saphi UI is slow and unresponsive, often having to click buttons multiple times for it to respond (remote batteries are fine).

Overall, after 12 months, I am disappointed with this TV set.

Eka asennus, hyvin lähti homma käyntiin. Vajaa viikko ja meni koko vekotin "juntturiin" (lue jumiin). Vanha hyvä tarkennus asetuksille, töpseli pois seinästä ehtoolla ja aamulla uusi käynnistys. Tämä toimii loistavasti sekä kuvan, että äänen puolesta.

Tosi hyvä televisio hinta ja laatu on loistava.

Sopivasti katselu ohjemia esim. Netflix.

Good tv for the price but a massive pain to get the perfect HD picture. I still haven’t got it right and I’ve had mine for over a month now, I’ve tried there website for help but nothing yet.....

Päivitin 10v vanhasta telkkarista tähän. Hyvä perus 4k telkkari, telkkarin reunoissa jotai likaa, ei tue 5ghz wifiä.

Itse en ole huomannut mitään hitautta,Aivan loistava laite.Kerrankin kaukosäädin on oikeasti looginen ja hyvä käyttää

ei mitään ylimääräistäKuvasäätöjä ei kannata liikaa alkaa hieromaan jos ei tiedä mitä tekee.Yleensä monet säädöt

ovat vain turhia hienouksia jotta laite olisi houkuttelevampi.Ei ladasta saa mersua rattia vaihtamalla.

So let me say it's a wonderful product,the sound is awesome and the remote is fantastic despite it working 50% of the time.the android app is great again though it could be better if it found my TV.

Päivitin yli viisi vuotta vanhan FHD-television tähän, joten tämä on ensimmäinen omistamani 4K HDR -televisio. Voin uskoa, että kalliimmat 4K HDR -televisiot ovat monilla mittareilla parempia, mutta kaltaiselleni pulliaiselle joka siirtyy Full HD:sta tähän, on tämä todellista herkkua silmille. Käytän televisiota enimmäkseen kasuaaliin Playstation 4 Pro -pelailuun ja Netflixin katseluun, enkä ole löytänyt parin viikon käytön jälkeen valittamista.

Hyvä kuvan ja äänen laatu, valikot vähän hitaita, mutta hyvää vastinetta rahoille

Perustason 4k telkkari halvalla, toimii hyvin, kuvanlaatu hintaisekseen mukiinmenevä. - netflix appi ehkä vähän hitaammanoloinen. Chromecastilla ja kännykällä toimii sujuvammin toki!

Ihan huippu hintaan nähden.

Internet connection is very good and good cell phone transmission to perfect TV.

Yllätyin, hyvä televisio laadukkaalla kuvalla. Helppokäyttöinen.

Pari kk ollut testissä ja tykkään. Ainoa haitta ettei kanavat vaihdu yhtä nopeasti kuin vanhassa telkkarissa, mutta muuten koko ja laatu on hintaansa nähden hyvä.

En tiedä onko itsessä vai televisiossa vika mutta alle kuukauden käytön jälkeen ei tunnu toimivan. Nettiin ei yhteys pysy sitten millään ja heittää youtubesta ja netflixistä ulos jatkuvasti. Kanavat nyt pystyy joten kuten katselemaan mutta nekin tuntuu välillä pätkivän

Have had tv for about 6 weeks now relatively problem free, however, the remote control lets it down, it feels quite flimsey and inferior for the want of a better phrase "cheap and nasty" remote works when it wants to with a measureable delay, and some of the buttons won't work at all, i.e the tv guide button has stopped working.

Ominaisuudet ovat hintaansa nähden laadukkaita. Ulkoiselle kovalevylle tallentaminen toimii hyvin.
