I have a problem with Sony WI C200 earphones I have purchased on September this year. I was happy user of old ones for over 3 and a half years, but it stopped working.

New ones are completely disappointing:

• can't control volume, it starts from 8 without special app.
• don't have information about battery power %
• wire is very hard and bad quality.

- voice of menu woman is very annoying.

I was sent to repair shop by AI chat on Sony website. Repair shop rejected to assist me with warranty repair.

The battery lasts really long and they're really light. I only lsten to audiobooks so can't say anything else about the sound quality.

It's been really good until recently, I can't able to charge it

Bought them 2 weeks ago they're perfect. The sound quality is perfect for the price.

Ostin kuulokkeet aiemmin käyttämieni Sony WI-C310 kuulokkeiden tilalle ja täytyy sanoa, että pidän näistä enemmän, koska nämä pysyvät paremmin päässä. WI-C310 kuulokkeiden johto on paksumpi ja jäykempi, erityisesti viileässä, ja sen vuoksi napit ei aina meinaa pysyä korvissa tarpeeksi tiukasti. Näissä vastaavaa ongelmaa ei ole.

Kuulokkeet eivät ole puhtaan valkoiset vaan pikemminkin haalean siniharmaat, ja ulkonäkö ei lähtökohtaisesti mitenkään hivele silmiä. Äänenlaadusta en oikein osaa sanoa, mielestäni ihan ok tämän hintaluokan kuulokkeisiin. Pientä kohinaa on havaittavissa, jos johto osuu esim. takin kaulukseen, mutta sekin on paljon vähäisempää kuin esim. WI-C310 mallissa. Kuulokkeiden paras puoli on se, että akku ei pääse loppumaan kesken, vaikka kirjaa kuuntelisi koko päivän. Koska kuuntelen myös öisin, en voi ladata yöaikaan, ja on mukava kun akussa riittää virtaa vielä herätessäkin ja voi heti jatkaa siitä mihin on edellisenä iltana jäänyt.

Comfortable, good sound quality and excellent battery life. Am having issues where Bluetooth randomly drops out with my iPhone, but not sure yet whether it’s an iPhone issue.

For the price, these are very impressive. Well rounded sound. Deep smooth bass and clear crisp treble. I wasn't expecting much in this price range but I have been pleasantly surprised.

Easy to connect, good battery life and no disconnection issues.

Highly recommend these if you're on a budget.

I bought this product 3 months ago, and it's already broken. The sounds didn't come firstly on one side and now it's both side. Don't really know why, it took care of it...

I am a fan of Sony products especially their phones and earphones. The sound quality that you get is good enough, easy control function, quick charge (10 mins) These earphones do have room for improvement with design and some of the actual Bluetooth communication features like the output power and lack of supported codec (only supports SBC/AAC) Another point I'd like to share is that this headset does have wires and therefore should not be labelled as "wireless" but only as Bluetooth.

Ollut käytössä jo useamman kuukauden (noin 1/2v)ja toimii moitteettomasti.

Äänenlaatu on ihan hyvä mutta voisi olla ehkä hieman ”muhkeampi”, tosin yllätyin positiivisesti kun korvasin vanhat kaksi kertaa kalliimmat kuulokkeet näillä enkä huomannut äänenlaadun heikkenemistä, ehkä päinvastoin...

Jouduin käyttämään omia korviini sopivia kuulokkeen ”korvatulppia” mutta kaikki korvat yksilöllisiä joten tämä ei sovellu kaikkiin tapauksiin.

As someone who is both involved in music and an avid fan I must say I am really impressed with these. The sound quality is fantastic for such a cheap product. I would highly recommend.

Ostin kyseiset kuulokkeet noin 5 tuntia sitten, latasin akun täyteen ja päätin testata kuulokkeita. Äänenlaatu on hyvä mutta taustalla kuuluu "staattinen" suhina koko ajan. Suhina on erittäin häiritsevää

This is not music, it's like full heaven and soul feel that gives you a real shiver whenever listening to the next song. I cannot describe how happy I am to find these babies! I had beats and honestly just went for them because of the brand and so many people always telling me how good they are.. I absolutely hated them, the quality compared to these is so poor I nearly cried for spending so much money. This is a real quality experience you get along with real insanely goooood noise isolation, no squeaks or any defect. Any good features earphones have to have, they have it you just name it! IT SO AMAZING I NEARLY HAD A TEAR IN MY EYES WHEN REALISING I WAS MISSING OUT THIS WHOLE TIME!!!! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT, RECOMMENDED TO EVERYBODY!!!!!

Sound quality is very good value for money very comfortable to wear battery lasts for a long time I have earbuds that are more expensive and these sound better would recommend to anyone

Voitte lopettaa tämmöisen roskan myymisen. Tausta kohina on ihan järkyttävä kova. Luulin vielä että sony on laatu merkki.

I've had two sets of these earphones and neither have lasted longer than a couple of months. Both times the left earpiece stops working. Tried all the trouble shooting steps to no avail. Sound, when working, is great though....

Good headphones, just the wires are a bit too long.

Sound comparable to any other cheap earphones, mic quality awful, a weird echo heard sometimes when using the mic. Had 3 sets of headphones from Sony and 4 pairs of earphones over the years so have come to expect quality. These did not deliver.

The battrey life is awesome but it keep doing my phone’s ringtone volume up and down automatically.

And it do not follows the order i give from my phone remotely.

For example if i move down the volume or up the volume from my phone it doesn’t work

I have to down or up the volume always from earphones buttons.

Also whenever someone calls me or i call someone then this earphone automatically decides whether he gonna transfer the call on my headset or in earphones speakers

I mean for example my phone is in my pocket and someone call me. So on that time to pickup the phone if i press the button from earphone sometimes it works ok i mean i can speak to other person through earphones but sometimes me and the other person keep saying hello hello but calls automatically transfers to headset.

So on that time i have to bring the phone from my pocket and either change the method manually from phone or just speak to other person through phone

So what’s the point wearing earphones when u can’t speak to your customers or friends through earphones

You always have to do it manually

And keep bringing phone out from your pocket

It’s not working remotely properly

Wouldn't be without them now, the sound is truly high-fidelity.

These are great for the asking price! USB-C charging too! Way better than the Beats X competition, which are three times the price!!

Onkohan minulle sattunut joku maanantaikappale, koska äänentoistoa en voi parhaalla tahdollakaan kutsua virheettömäksi. Handsfreena käytettäessä ääni suhisee, kaikuu ja ottaa kahinaa (takin/paidan) kauluksesta, missä kohtaa mikrofoni sijaitsee. Suoraan sanottuna erittäin epämiellyttävät käyttää, pysyvät huonosti paikoillaan. Palauttaisin, jos se olisi enää mahdollista, mutta taitaa olla myöhäistä, kun olen näitä jo kokeillut.
