Really great sound and so easy to install. Would recommend but the box is not small but as it is linked without wires, can be put anywhere in the room

This system gives adequate performance if you are not a Hifi buff. The controls are fairly basic, volume and bass but the bluetooth is a useful feature to play from phone or mp3 player. The voice button improves treble enabling clearer speach.

Performance is reasonable for the money but don't expect concert hall performance.

I purchased this sound bar 3 months ago along with my sony 50” smart tv. While the bass is good for watching action films it is very disappointing for dramas trying to make out what people are saying. I have just finished watching Adolescence on Netflix and it was nearly impossible to make out episode 4. Very disappointed with purchase.

Simplicity itself to set up and operate but why you do not include an HDMI cable with the product is baffling - it seems like penny pinching when dealing with such a quality product.

Otherwise the purchase has been well-made and produces first class sound in my room.

Such an improvement to the tv sound, extremely please with this soundbar.

This sony soundbar has a good sound quality overall but is a bit too bassy, and can get noisy easily, especially in a small room. The setup was very easy. The subwoofer is the best part of this set, if placed correctly it has amazing quality. I would recommend it more for tv than for music.

Purchased today set up was a doddle and the sound is crystal clear Sony products are top class

I Love the sound depth and ease of connectivity with Smart Tv even from different brands. The Sound bass is abit low for a music listener. Aside from that the aesthetic value is good for home decor.

Can’t really appreciate at low volume but otherwise it’s a great addition to the Sony tv

I bought this to replace an old Sony 5.1 home theatre system as I wanted to get rid of all the wires and speakers. The sound is good but it lacks features such as audio sync adjustment, treble control, and Bluetooth controls. Some features require use of fiddly touch buttons on top which are easy to press accidentally. And the manual is difficult to follow. Overall, I still like it but with reservations.

I bought this sound bar to replace my nine year old Bose system which was not totally compatible with my new television. They work so well together, could do with a little more base to suit my ears.

Seems to have an issue with randomly turning itself off that can't be fixed with automatic standby function or reset. Will need to return if the problem continues.

Good link to TV via HDMI cable (not suplied). Volume could be a little louder but sound quality is good for the price. Bass is pretty good from subwoofer for music.

I love Sony products and this new sound system is brilliant

My Son organised the new sound bar for me and it was so easy to set up and the quality of sound is so much better than my previous product.

Easy to set up and has good sound. The separate base speaker is linked by Bluetooth and set up by itself without issues. Unfortunately I have been unable to set up a Bluetooth link to my phone, because pressing the Bluetooth button brings up a "NOT USE" message. Could do with another input socket for BlueRay player etc.

Excellent product. Only draw back is on some Films on DVDs or Bu Ray the sound bar is muted due to the producers of the DVD. Love playing my music through it sounds very rich. The spoken words are clear as well.

Vaihdettiin tv uuteen ja edellinen soundbar ei oikein toiminut tämän kanssa. Siksi tuli hankittua saman merkkinen äänen parannin. Asennus sujui helposti mutta äänenlaatu ei vastannut odotusta. Subbari tuottaa melko heikon basson eikä sitä pysty parantamaan millään säädöllä. Ääntä ei voi parantaa kuin muutamalla esivalinnalla. Jäin kaipaamaan selkeää taajuuksien muuntamismahdollisuutta mutta sitä ei ole.

Toki tuo TV:n oma ääni paranee tällä mutta aika ohueksi jää.

I have had this sound bar and subwoofer for 2 weeks now and my wife and I are delighted with the system, she is hard of hearing and this makes a world of difference to her.

Enriches the experience of watching movies with enhanced sound effects. Very satisfied with this product from Sony.
