Each guest admires the display and sound

Had mine a few years now and it has outstanding viewing and control quality

Such a great addition to the home, easy to use, mount on the wall and easy to understand on screen instructions and navigating around the screens.

disappointed tv will not operate with HD settings.

The good. Picture is faultless. It is crystal clear and colour is superb.

The not so good. The sound at best is mediocre. Huge variations between high level required for film viewing and much lower levels required when listening to to adverts.

Films on. Netflix require sound to be upwards of 80% at which level sound starts to distort.

My brother-in-law’s LG has far superior sound.

Sory Sony but I have to be honest

Had this tv a while now, I love it. Picture quality is awesome. It has everything you could wish for.

But it's been great and works perfectly.

Had this for a year now. Had an issue with the motherboard replaced immediately by retailer.

I have had this TV for 3 years. I have only recently started using it as a SmartTV and not just through Sky box. Excellent, it streams shows better than Sky Q.

Ostin tuotteen 2v sitten ja olen ollut erittäin tyytyväinen tähän TVn. Mitään vikaa ei ollut ja päivityksiäkin on tullut eli tuote pysyy ajantasalla. Myös TVn ääni on täysin riittävä ja hyvä vaikka mitään erillisiä kaiuttimia ei olekaan vaan koko kuvaruutu toimii äänien toistajana joten puheet ja laulut tulee juuri oikeasta kohtaa kuvan ”läpi” Todella uoea kuva ja musta on mustaa eikä mitään valovuotoja löydy etsimälläkään ja väri on todella upeat.

It has been a good TV for the last 3 years but just went wrong, I phoned Sony and they replaced it within a week with a later TV. that's the only reason I gave 4 out of 5

I am sick and tired of unplugging this TV because it won't turn on because of it being an android TV. My last Sony TV turned on every time. Plus why does it take so long when it does. Sometimes I think it hasn't turned on or off, press the button again only to find out I've just turned it on again or off. Really getting tiresome

We got thus TV in autumn if 2019 and it's been amazing. Great quality of picture and sound - so much so that we would listen to music through the t surface sound. However in returning from a week's holiday it appears to be 'dead'. Have tried every soft reset - hard reset as per the Sony videos - but nothing - no power at all and at less than 5yrs old is out of warranty. A very expensive venture, the new models are guaranteed for 5/6 yrs, but too late for us.

A few years old now and until recently, great, but now iplayer has been removed and won't reload it seems a waste of money.

My 65AG9 was replaced under warranty due to screen burn. Replacement has sound issue and nominated Sony repairer not interested.

Love my new television but would like to know more about what it can do. Feel there is richness unplugged!

Purchased several months ago, excellent picture quality as you would expect from Sony, it leaves all the other manufacturers way behind. Don't hesitate to buy if you can still find one..... excellent.

I found this tv difficult to set the picture quality to my liking, still not perfect in uhd.

Bought this unit about 1 year ago together with Sony AC Receiver and Klipsch surround sound speaker system. TV has exceptional picture and pairs well with STR-DN-1080. Previously had a LCD Sony Bravia for 16 yrs and it never missed a beat (until the end)
