Kyllähän muuttuu ajomukavuus kun laittaa uudet terät koneeseen! En enää muistanutkaan, kuinka mukavaa ajaminen oli kun terät olivat uudet ja terävät!

Olin kahden vaiheilla, ostanko uuden koneen vai suhteessa sikakalliin terän? No, eihän tuo terä ole kuin kolmannes koneen hinnasta ja itse asiassa paremmin tehty kuin alkuperäinen teräsetti. Terät ovat kiinni metallisilla kiinnikkeillä eikä muovisilla. Kyllä tuolla jatkaa vielä pitkään. Muistakaa resetoida kone painamalla päälle-nappia pitkään, tällöin kone tietää että terät ovat uudet eikä vilkuta terien kuvaa näytöllä.

Hyvä hankinta kuluneen osan tilalle. Uudella ajopäällä ajaa parran vaivatta.

Vaihtopään uusinta sai vanhan koneen taas toimimaan kuin uusi. Ajopään uusinta kyllä kannattaa.

had mine about a year now. Always leaves my face rough and has got noisy . thought it i might try a new head , but as replacement is recommended after 2 years and the high cost , i wont be. Will get something else. Disappointed.

It appears that the two reviewers below were lucky. Their razors went for 18 months beofre the head began to fall off. My wife bougth me this for Christmas 2018, and the head began fallling off in June - 6 months. I have used Philips razors for most of my shaving years (I am 63), and have always had long and effective life from them. But this model is very poor. And this is not a cheap razor.

Very unhappy and could never recommend it to anyone, which is a shame because it has some great features, including the cleaning system.

After about 18 month's use the entire shaver head now falls off the motor unit several times during a shave. This has got worse and the whole unit is now practically useless. It appears to be poor design in that the locating spigot is made of plastic which appears to have worn to the extent the head is no longer properly retained in the body/motor unit. I have searched but there appears to be no replacement part for this. The problem appears to be with the head not the motor unit because the trimmer fits in the main body securely and works OK. I have had many Phillips shavers in the past, this was by far the most expensive and has not even lasted two years for the blades to be replaced. Dreadful industrial design for a product of this price.

Had not changed the shaving heads on my Philips shaver for some years. Needed to do so and bought these genuine Philips heads. Expensive, but they have proved sharp and very effective. Getting a much closer and better shave now.

Very disappointing performance.

Does not give as close a shave as previous Philips models. Takes a long time to get anything approaching a decent result.

Wish I'd kept my old shaver.

Bought a RQ12+ replacement head for my excellent SensoTouch 3D RQ 1275 shaver. The quality of this head with respect to design and workmanship was no where near as good as the original. One of the orange plastic locking plates with its blades fell out when opening the head for cleaning the day after I received it. I tried to refit it using the tool provided but it would not stay in place securely. The locking plate was clearly faulty. One of the minute locking lugs was either damaged or had been mis-formed in the moulding process. Upon checking reviews on other merchants sites this fault appears to be not uncommon. I tried to be helpful to everyone by asking Philips to send a replacement locking plate. They would not and only suggested purchasing another through a merchant. Not very helpful so I now have the bother of returning the whole head to the merchant and will have to wait for a replacement.

Takes forever to have a shave which is by no means a decent shave even after 25 minutes. The Only good thing about it is that the Head is easy to clean. I use my old RQ1280 instead nowadays. Complete and utter waste of money.

have been shaving with this product for 8 months and without doubt it is the best shaver i have ever used. i cannot understand some of the negative comments on here, i have used the top names in electric shavers and none even come close to the shave i get, the smoothest, closest shave ever. I do agree that the shaver is too easily turned off when using but apart from that this product is superb.

I have been using this product for over a year now, changed to this as another "leading" brand wasn't giving me a close enough shave and was also bringing me out in rash/acne.

I'm very pleased with how close of a shave this gets I was shocked at how close it gets, especially as it is a electric shaver and not a traditional razor. Only area I find it struggles is under my chin/upper neck but it maybe how I am using it now the product itself.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone that wants to change to a electric shaver or just wants a better quality electric shaver.

I wish I had kept my old razor I had been using been for 5 years, it gave me a much better shave than this new one has ever done.

Every morning it takes me 20-25 minutes to shave and by 5 o'clock in the afternoon, it's as though I hadn't shaved at all.

This product was really not worth the asking money. Not recommend to anyone.....,

I've had this product for six months and, despite using it strictly according to the instructions, have yet to achieve a close shave or even anything approaching close. It also has to be the worst designed Philips product ever.
