Well, till now even if it’s maybe too early to give a review, but im seeing some light changes.

I used this infrequently, but was impressed when I did use it. Halfway through my last session, it made a loud pop noise and now won’t work. Certainly nowhere near the 250,000 flashes! I am so disappointed, I will not be replacing it!

I have a lumea that I purchased in 2011. So easy to use but the battery life became short and I wanted a replacement to keep on top of all those years of hard work! I purchased this one and used it on my legs and under arms for the first time today. I’ve found that it doesn’t always make contact with skin first time so I’m readjusting it and it can take a few attempts. Even when I use the small attachment on my underarms, it’s a struggle. Such a shame because I have no doubt that this device is probably more advanced than my old device. It’s just time consuming and I am in a position to compare because this is my second lumea. 🤞let’s hope it was worth the struggle !

It is a good purchase, I have tried 2 times the results are satisfying.

After my fourth fortnightly session I have still no hair reduction and it brought me out in a rash on the lower half of my legs. I still have this sore itchy rash more than one week later. I didn't have this reaction from the 1st 3 sessions.

I absolutely love this product .. would def recommend.. very easy to use

I find this product really easy and effective, the only thing that I believe is missing is some protection for the eyes when using it.

For the money it cost I am really really disappointed. After the first use I thought that the growth actually sped up. I has made a tiny difference but they are now constantly prickly. If I knew how I would apply for the refund but it’s a little embarrassing.

I do not recommend! After a few uses, the defender no longer works, it only has flashes.

I was very skeptical at first and thought it cannot be as easy as advertised but it actually was. I saw big improvement after 3 treatments esp in the underarm area. Worth every pound.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews and was so excited to start treatment after reading all the success stories. I have pale skin and dark hair, and didn't see any reason why the Lumea wouldn't work for me. After completing the cycle, I was dismayed to see no change at all in my hair growth.

Upon the advice of a beauty blog, I restarted the cycle, optimistic that another run-through would see an improvement, but it made no difference whatsoever.

I don't normally spend large amounts on beauty equipment, but I made an exception in this case as I was sure it would be a great investment. I have been very disappointed and wanted to write a review to let others know that while many see good results after treatment, there is a possibility that it might not work for you.

I love it!!!, I don't normally leave a review to the product i brough but this item deserve a amazing review. Seen i bought this ipl laser hair removal i don't have to shave every week just to maintain my hairy leg. After a good 3 months of doing the hair laser i can see a big difference on my leg, i don't get hair anymore on my leg and even on my armpit.. thank god i brought this item.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This has been the best buy that I have ever bought... I bought one nearly 15-years ago when they first came out..and still have it in the family.. pass it down to the kids. bought it with my sister's and we all used it rotated it every two weeks...

Now I praise it so much when I see my female learners... with hair on their legs arms or face and promote it so much people think I'm a sales rep for Philips

I finished 12 weeks cycle and my hair are reduced maybe 10%. Bikini, lover legs and under arms, nothing is changed. I have softer hair, but still growing as a normal. I’m very, very disappointed:(

I’m 8 weeks into using this product & I’m so happy with the results. I battled with thick dark hair, stubble & shaving rash for years. Now the regrowth is so much less & finer so that shaving is loads easier & the results are much smoother for longer. I would happily pay the £200+ just for the fact that my bikini line no longer rashes immediately after shaving!

I have tattoos which I have had to avoid which makes the comparison clear, as photographed.

I’ve rated 5* because I think it really deserves it. I love the fact that I can forget about my body hair and just live fully. I’d recommend to anyone, it really works magic

It is a truly amazing product, you do have to put a lot of input to it but the results are very satisfying

I can’t believe that in just short span of time I have been hair FREE!! Diamonds are not girls bestfriend now! Its Lumea IPL! I am smooth and hair free!

terrible product after using for 7 weeks no reduce of hairs,trimmer is also terrible which gave me ingrown hairs after usage i do not recommend this lumea

The new version has detectable skin and number of use, mine does not, so I'm not sure if I'm using the right type

I wrote a review, but had an email saying it was rejected because I mentioned the price even though we can all see the price. My review was fair and honest and detailed but I can’t be bothered to write all that out again so I’ll just say I’m the “ideal” skin colour and hair colour for IPL and it has not worked for me in the slightest and I’ve done 4 sessions. So yeah for me this was a waste of money
