I've had this for a couple of years now. It gives a good, reliable picture and provides good video. And it looks great.

Really easy to put together. Up and running in minutes. Bought this as a replacement for a TV/PC monitor that I had hooked up to my Computer. Really impressed with it.

This is a really good screen and ideal for everyday computer use. Not tried it for gaming yet.

I needed a new monitor with a VGA connection, and when I asked the shop if this came with a suitable cable it thought not and sold me one for £19.99. I got home, undid the box and one had been included. Why not list the cables provided on the outside of the box?

The set-up diagrams were a bit on the small side, and I couldn't use the users' manual CD until the monitor was up and running ...

As it was, enclosed with the CD was a note saying that it was out of date and advising that one could download the latest version from the Philips website. I wasn't able to find the model of my monitor on the website.

I watch quite a bit on YouTube, where some of the material has low sound. The volume level of my monitor's built-in mikes couldn't be raised as high as with my original external mikes and I'm still using them.

Was trying turn turn the monitor down and it locked itself. I’ve done the stupid 10second hold on the ‘OK’ button but it just keeps saying locked. Useless monitor with only one button to operate everything. Especially when it just locks itself and you can’t do anything about it.

Impossible to make it work with MacOS and Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter

I can't remember the last time I heard speakers this tinny. Just can't use them, so had to buy a separate set, whereas I'd specifically chose this screen thinking I could save a bit of space and not bother with extra speakers. I wasn't looking for HiFi or anything, but I was expecting something bearable. My phone has a better loudspeaker sound quality than these...

The screen is fine, though. A bit too wide, if anything, and the stand is a bit too low (with no height adjustment). At least you can adjust the angle, mind.

Good monitor, but the switch to turn it on/off is very confusing as it is also used for adjustments to volume, brilliance etc. Quite often the volume has been turned right down in attempting to switch the monitor off.

Bought this monitor for my daughter, and its absolutely fantastic. It looks great, and has decent picture quality. If you are looking for every day use monitor, then you will be really satisfied with this one. It's bright and crisp, and really easy to set up. The only con I find are built in speakers. They are loud enough, but quality of sound is poor. Good enough for my 10 year old daughter, but if you expect to have decent low tones, buy external speakers. Other than that I would highly recommend this monitor.

I bought this with inbuilt speakers as i didn't want wires all over the place, i have to say that the sound is abysmal.

I have it at 100% and i'm straining to hear it...not happy with that. Now i have to buy speakers which i didn't want.

Keeps reporting no signal from mini display to display port cable. This led me to replace several cables before I discovered eventually discovered the monitor has an issue. When automatically switching between hdmi and display port inputs or after the monitor has entered sleep mode it reports no signal on the display port until it is switched off and the power cable removed for a few minutes. It then sees the display port signal again. \

Extremely annoying as bought this to input Mac signal on display port and sky box on hdmi and I'm unable to do this as I'm having to use the mac on the hdmi port to avoid the no input errors on the display port which means I can't connect the sky box without purchasing a hdmi hub.

Please fix the display port firmware to resolve this issue.
