Surprisingly nice to use. The temperature is not as evenly distributed as with her sister Norden All-steel, but that can be taken advantage of. The surface is quite rough, so I only use wooden spatulas to steer. Works greay with avocado oil and gives a great, restaurant-quality roast taste.
The only downsides are the weight and the heating time, but even these are really good, considering it is a cast iron pan. The price is very competitive at this level of quality. And it's made in Finland!
