The brush has a good size to reach all teeth, even tye ones in the back of my mouth. I am a coffee drinker and I noticed it cleans coffee stains. I replaced my soft bristle S2 sonicare brush head with the W2 Optimal White brushhead. It is such a great feature that the replacement brushheads are compatible with most Philips Sonicare brushes so you can choose the brush heads most suitable for your requirements. I went from a S2 soft bristle to a W2 medium soft brush head. I could feel the difference immediately with the W2 having a much firmer feel. It left my teeth feeling very fresh and clean after each use. The brush head is a small size, which for me, was perfect in being able to reach the back teeth effectively. I would certainly recommend the official Philips replacement brush heads for the Philips Sonicare brushes. The replacements heads can be a little pricey but I find they are often on special offer which makes them far better value.

I have stains between my teeth but using this brush the staining is way less. The brush itself is medium bristle I would say not very soft which I like. This does not make my gums sensitive or bleed as they’re gentle at the same time. Overall these are my favourite brushes and I would definitely recommend these, the price is also not bad for good quality brushes.
