[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thing works great to pick up signal and provide easy access for wireless broadband service. It does what it is meant to do, the install was easy, the laptop recognized the device and installed drivers. It operates fine.

It is not working and when installed in my X12 detachable, it freezes the system. The driver shows a yellow warning and sometimes even disapears. Very disappointed
