quality good, simple features and was quick to receive

Bought out 2 months ago as my previous Brother literally was worked into the ground. So looking for a reliable replacement only considered Brother jet printer

I bought my latest Brother printer about a month ago, to replace my previous Brother after about 5 years faultless service. Initially I went for a cheaper printer by another manufacturer, but having a Brother had spoiled me and I couldn't stand the moody, unreliable interface and the so-so quality of the prints. So I went back to Brother, and although it cost a bit more, it's been 100% worth it. Terrific prints, with the option to switch levels to save ink. I'm in my 60's so I'm not very tech-minded, but it's so easy to use and I love being able to hit print on my laptop in the living room, and hear my Brother start up in the dining room! My first ever Brother product was in the 1980's when I bought a portable dot-matrix typewriter. Loved the brand then and I love it still!

I purchased the printer 3 weeks ago, it was easy to set up and delivers good quality prints

Bought this when lockdown started to print out home schooling work for my son and it was a bit more expensive than I've bought before but worth every penny. Tray for both paper and photo paper is great and the little screen is useful and separate ink cartridges as the great.

I bought this printer a while ago and I'm gad I did.

I am so delighted with this printer/scanner, so many good features, great printing and scanning, it is compact and easy to use and looks good too, it gets a big five stars from this happy owner.

I've always had HP printers, but decided to read up on the specs & this Bother DCP-J572DW came upto the specs that I was looking for, even though it is smaller than what I have been using, it does exactly what I need it to do.

This is an excellent printer - my second Brother machine and I'm very happy with it. Superb print quality, quiet in operation and very easy to use. Has the essential scanner that means documents can be easily sent by email.

This was my first Brother printer. It's functional rather than good. Takes a long time to process data, doesn't always accept ink cartridges, even Brother branded ones, without repeat loading. Print quality is good on plain and photographic paper. Best feature is the scan facility which seems to be more functional than other's I've had

I so loved my previous Brother printer I choose another to replace it. What a waste of money. Instuctions are inadequate. It doesn't scan to OCR. Instruction book too jargonistic to follow. On line help non-existant. Don't touch this product

Helppo oli asentaa toimimaan "poropeukalonkin", tarvittavat ohjelmistot löytyivät helposti mukana tulleiden ohjeiden mukaan. Kotikoneeksi aivan riittävän nopea tietokoneelta tulostettaessa, puhelimesta tulostettaessa toivottoman hidas, mutta se ei liene yksin tulostimen vika. Valokuva tulostuksiin löytyy parempiakin laitteita suuremmalla hinnalla.

Tulostus ja skannaus onnistuu myös matkapuhelimilla ja asennus oli helppo. Hidas tulostusnopeus mutta ei haittaa kotikäytössä. Värikuvatulostus hieman haaleahko.
