My backpack has a separate laptop pocket but it doesn't really seem protective, so I needed some added protection. I wanted something with a side zipper so I could easily take my laptop out of my backpack without taking the case out each time. This was exactly what I needed.

While being a pretty standard fare case, the construction is really solid and holds the laptop incredibly well. Simple, sleek and incredibly effective.
