Had this printer for years, and I use the calendar software to make my calendars, up until this year when I had change3d my PC, it worked well. On changing my PC I had to reload all of the software. Now I can't print the calendar. None of the menus along the top work i.e. I select File and out pops the menu, with Save, Print, and Exit. I can't select any of them.

The printer it's self is outstanding, after all these years it still performs well, the scanning is great, just what you'd expect from Canon.

it's farst hi end printing

Bought over two years ago and hardly used because it’s a constant fight to print anything! Constant error codes, constantly saying no paper when there is, constantly taking more than one page and sticking! After 15 years of Canon printers, away to get something that can actually work and it won’t be Canon! I knew this would be a come down after MG7150, but it’s a complete waste of resources to produce and go straight in the skip!

After much fiddling around with the instruction manual and finally getting it to work properly, the printer does exactly what we need it to do. We got advice from Canon's Twitter account (keep your printer in a different room to your modem) and this helped enormously. We're happy with it.

Brilliant wee printer not the fastest but who cares. Great value for money.

I bought this to replace an older model presenting occasional problems.

It takes the same ink cartridges which was a major reason for choosing it.

The available features are much more and the performance better.

The print speed is not fast but adequate for home use.

I can print from my pc, iPad or iPhone very easily through the app.

I moved to Canon from another make a few years ago and wish I had done so sooner.

I can recommend this printer for home or small office use.

Print quality is good but painfully slow. It won't take anything more than 170g paper which means most of the better quality photo paper gets stuck.

Bought to replace a similar older Canon that gave up the ghost after about 10 + years use. I've used mainly for printing and scanning so can't comment on photos but very pleased with it. Simple to set up and very easy to use.

Hope it lasts as long as the last one!

Bought this a few weeks ago and does exactly what I need.

Wanted to upgrade my none-wi-fi Canon printer which I have had no problems with. This printer exceeded my expectations with its' great features and price. Very pleased with purchase.

Bought this a few weeks ago.....very happy with the overall product.

Purchased just about a month ago, delivered on time and well packaged. Ideal for what I need. My only concern is that being of the older generation, maybe a clearer manual would be useful.

Only had for a couple of months, but so far working great.

Easy to set up and works a treat

So far has worked very well

Inconsistently connects to devices, often requiring multiple restarts and power resets before finally showing up on the network. Network scanning outright does not work (regardless of operating system.) Canon software is incredibly old, probably not helping the matter. Will be returning.

Had been looking around for a new printer. Good reviews and have been happy with previous Canon printers. Good service and easy to use website.

I had problems with my previous printer when replacing cartridges. I saw this one on offer. Compared to the cost of cartridges the printer was an absolute bargain. Setup via WiFi easy. Surprised, in a good way, at double sided printing.
