Lots of design flaws!Arvosana 1/5
This device is full of design flaws (or mine is just broken) !
The soiled-water container is not the same size as the clean water retainer. so when cleaning surfaces, after about 1/3 of the clean water has been emptied, the dirty water container is full and starts to overflow and leaves dirty water on your surfaces.
Also the rollers easily come out of their place, which causes the dirty water to spill out and make even bigger mess!
Another flaw is that the clean water is not pumped from the container to the rollers. That means the water just flows down with gravity and it does not stop coming down when you turn off the device. So you have to either use the clean water completely (which is not possible because it overflows from the dirty water tanks) or just throw out the rest of the water that is left unused in the clean water retainer.
I think this device is designed for use in max 30 square meter spaces which are cleaned every day and thus there is no need for moving the mop forward and backward more than 1 round. so if you live in bigger spaces and do the mopping once a week or you have kids that leave a lot of sticky mess on the floors or you want shiny and spotless floors, definitely skip buying this one!
