We purchased this December 2020 and in July 2021 it packed in. Speaking with colleagues this is a common occurrence with LG TVs. So disappointed.

My review is based on when it worked.

Ok tv but now LG don’t make mobile phones better off buying Samsung TVs and phones, seem to play better together, shame always loved LG phones & tvs

I really like this tv due to the features it has, but the LED Array bars are, I believe, on their way out, blue/purple patches are appearing on screen and the only fix is to replace them with white LED Array bars. I can't find a set for this model, my warranty is up and from I've heard customers don't get much help with this issue. Very disappointed with LG for releasing a product with cheap components, my previous LG tv is quality compared to this. It's only a 24" though, and bought this newer one for gaming because I thought this company was reliable.

Best tv till date love it.. got this tv when i old tv was broken by my kid. Happy to have this in my wall

Excellent quality of picture - Issues with record function however.

The remote is hard to push the buttons, the freesat don't work and most of all it does not accept any usb device in order to record!!!

Don't buy . Very cheap quality and the screen was not working after minor trauma by a ball. Go for a better brand snd save your money

Very nice quality TV with very good sound from internal speakers and easy setup, Very nice display and build quality.. good output/input sockets inc usb for connecting external HDD etc. Had this over a year no problem and software updates regularly over the air etc..

Can't fault picture quality, one of the best on the market. Sound is also very good and connectivity to bluetooth for my cordless headphones is really good and uncomplicated. Couple of niggling problems, when I switch on it keeps asking me to update the programme list? The local transmitter hasn't included any new channels or radio stations so not sure why it keeps doing this? Also missing the 'Time Machine' function? My previous TV is the same model but upgraded to the 4K. So the previous set is in the lounge, great for connecting a external hard drive and recording my favourite programmes and films but the new 4K set doesn't have the 'Time Machine' app so when I connect the external hard drive to the 4K it won't play all the movies and programmes as it states hard drive not recognised? I guess I would probably need another external hard drive for the 4K but this just adds to the expense? Other than that love the set.

Really good sound as well as a great picture. It is a pity that the review site is awful forcing you to write more than you wish to. This annoys me so much I will never buy another LG product you stupid idiots

A very nice & well priced TV, I did some research & this make & model came out as the best one in it's range & price. I have now used it for a while & I am very happy with it's very well balanced picture, sound & performance, many thanks!!!

TV is great but it's a shame I cant update the LG store on my TV and the WWE network app doesn't let me sign in witch is frustrating.

Suomekieliset pikaohjeet mukana olisi mukava lisä. Tv vaikuttaa ihan ok:lta ja hyvältä. Toimitus oli nopea

Olen päällisin puolin tyytyväinen televisioon muutaman kuukauden käytön perusteella. Kuvan laatu olisi tosin parempi jos meillä näkyisi enemmän HD-kanavia. Ainoa, joka vähän tökkii, on kaukosäätimen list- ja guide-toimintojen tv-valikot, joiden avaus kestää turhan kauan ja guidessa kuva jopa pätkii välillä otettaessa toimintoa käyttöön. Parasta televisiossa ovat loistavasti toimivat suoratoistopalvelut kuten Yle Areena, Ruutu, Mtv, Netflix, Youtube ym.
