Easy to use and work like a dream and it even cleans itself bonus.

Overall customer service was excellent. Well mannered and polite personnel.

I was kept informed with updates of the product collection, repair and delivery.

Not a bad product but it doesn’t last. The water tank on line leaks and it wants to be decalced so often it’s almost a weekly event. Once it has been decalced beware the first use as there will be some debris that may stain your clothes.

We were initially happy with this iron. After a little over a year it now began pouring water all the time soaking the floor, clothes, ironing board - everything. It has been descaled regularly and we used only filtered water - hugely disappointing for the cost of this iron.

This is a budget steam iron and it shows. I recommend that you consider a more expensive model

1. Handle is too small for a male hand
2. Power and steam cords are too short which reduces mobility
3. Iron plate is too small
4. Steam generator unit is too light so moves around when you iron
5. Steam generation is slow and mainly produces steam AFTER you have finished ironing that section

Performance may be good but product not reliable.

Once exchanged after one hour utilization no heat

New product: no steam

Totally disappointing: I used 15 years an Azur 80 Seem I need to change mark

I hate ironing and still do but this is life changing. Easy to use, glides well and no more creases. Thank you for an excellent affordable product

Philips employees are very helpful as they fulfilled my need in limited times.

Small in size which is good save some space on ironing board. Steam is good and even without steam heating is quite strong. So its well worth it for this price.

The generator is so much easier to use than a normal steam iron!

I've already got another Phillips iron but then the one that I use for sewing died so I decided to treat myself and get another Phillips instead of cheap and cheerful.

It's very lightweight, the iron is light as well and the cable coming from the iron doesn't get in my way like the other iron. I don't really need a big tank, which is separate, how I like it. The one thing I would have liked is the lock, I got it last time with the main iron and I have got used to it, very handy, not just for carrying but making sure the cats don't knock it off.

The iron does what it says it does, heat well and easy to iron with. The service at Philips repair is excellent, every person was so helpful and fixed my iron when it broke after using it for almost 2years.

Was a bit sceptical as my last steam generator was twice the price, but this iron is brilliant.

It doesn't seem to give off clouds of steam, and I was worried that it was too underpowered , but it does the job brilliantly

Value for money is good ,as more expensive models don't have detachable tanks meaning you have to wait an age before refilling the water

Iron too light slides everywhere . You might as well buy just a steam iron

This iron may have change that and even has my husband wanting to iron his own shirts, this iron can make creases disappear and has cut my ironing time in half.

The water compartment was a little bulky for me but completely out weigh by the fact it cut my ironing time in half, and of course with having a new gadget in the house, hubby wanted a go to! So now I have quartered my iron time because even he likes using it!!! Thank you for making my ironing life such a breeze!!!

The steam functions work fantastically at removing creases quickly and efficiently which reduced time spent ironing dramatically! It has a great selection of settings for all types of clothing and is easy to switch between modes.

The water storage is great and long lasting meaning no more running to top it up!

The base is comfortable and easy to use, although as the water depleted below half, the weight was not heavy enough to fully hold it in place which did incur some movement!

The self cleaning function is a dream! So quick and easy to use with little effort from yourself!

It’s also worth mentioning that the auto sleep/off function is perfect for busy mums trying to juggle housework with childcare! It really keeps my mind at rest not having to worry if I’ve forgotten to turn it off!!

On the whole the product is great for slicing ironing time in half with speedy results and ease of use!
