Loud, not cool enough, and poor serviceArvosana 2/5
My previous rating was for some reason not published, so here I'm writing it again:
I bought this in the spring of 2020 and have used it for the last two summers, my conclusion for this machine is:
- Too loud: it is marketed as "step inside, breath deep, and sleep soundly", but there is NO WAY that anyone would be able to "sleep soundly" with this machine on nearly. It is loud.
- Cooling: it doesn't cool that much due to its limited power. Don't expect it to cool the room within a few minutes, because it will take some time. During the hottest days in summer 2021, it cooled the room (about 10-15 sqm) to about 27.5 or 28 degrees when it's 30 outside.
- customer service: is a JOKE. A part of the machine starts vibrating and creating extra noise when the cooling have been on for about 3 to 5 minutes. So I contacted Electrolux customer service and requested for a service on late July. I was told that someone will call me and agree a time for the repair. Since then I have called them 3 more times and got the same answer, but no one has called me or visited for the repair.
