Probably the worst blender for smoothiesArvosana 2/5
To be fair - it is a powerful blender. It is extremely noisy and heavy, but, the fact that it is powerful was the main reason I bought it for smoothies. After just 1 month the blade started to have issues (since it is impossible to clean it up completely and the residues get inside), they were not spinning unless I would manually spin then to loosen up and after 3 months of use pieces of metal started to fall out of it.
For any other use, maybe it is a good option, but why would you want a 1200w blender if you only do protein shakes? For its power - it is a useless tool. The only reason I would put 2 starts instead of 1 is the price. It is cheap, but you get what you paid for.
PS. It is definitely not designed for crushing ice. The blades just turn the ice into dust.
