Toothbrush itself is very good , I notice a big difference and was using round head before , however I found out that have it have a manufacturing fault , the shaft getting loose very quick, I experience this as soon a smy toothbrush got out of warranty, so in my opinion to expensive to have to change ot so quickly .

I only purchased this in June 2020 and the handle malfunctioned in September 2021 so I was issued a replacement handle. Well in March 2022 that handle did not work so I have just gone through a live chat on the Phillips website to get the matter resolved.

Can Not believe that the warranty is for three years and yet in just the short time I have had this product it has malfunctioned and broken twice. Current model not really fit for purpose. Phillips please get your act together and stop supplying 6pm Friday night models

overall good toothbrush with perfect battery life but I had to give only 4 stars as I hardly ever notice the extra vibration that shoul notify me of 30 sec past.

At first this product was very good but over time I noticed the rubber movement at the top of the toothbrush deteriorating this meant that the actual brush was not only vibrating but moving around. Disappointing as I only brought the product in December 2019 just out of 2 year warranty.

this is a premium brush with a premium price and yet has lasted less than a disposable ..

I’ve had this toothbrush for around 3 years. I’m currently on my 4th replacement handle, so making it 5 handles in total. Either the battery has failed or the vibration has stopped or the head pin has fallen out. I’d save your money and buy a totally different brush!

Love clean with Sonic tootbrush is no 1 for me every day my smile is shine

I’ve had my sonicare for over a month now and it’s fantastic, it’s had an immediate impact on my oral health from white teeth to less pain. The travel chargeable case is a really great addition too. The simple detachable stand means I’m no longer constantly knocking it over. It’s kinda perfect.

The toothbrush generally is good! However the power button design needs to be improved. It should be raised rather than indented, and should not be subjected to trapped debris that could affect its function. I had problems switching it on until I checked Philip's support webpage for resolution.

I always have a rotation toothbrush, after next one have break down I made some research about toothbrush and I found this one. The reviews was different, different people different expectations maybe. Anyway I decided to risk and spend over £100 god this toothbrush and I'm happy with my results ☺ so far my teeth never before been in good condition, I feel so clean after brushed- battery last long, all difficult settings etc overall I'm happy with this toothbrush, also recommend to my friends.

Although it cleans well with a good choice of settings the battery constantly needed charging and now it’s no longer working and I have had it less than two years. I will not buy again

Both me and my partner were very impressed by this set of toothbrushes. We have used electric toothbrushes for a while but upon trying these, we noticed a considerable difference, especially with battery life and customization/options.

To begin with, the toothbrushes feel made out of an excellent material. They feel sturdy and easy to hold (which is great for when it gets wet). The heads attach and detach easily. The charging stations give these toothbrushes a nice touch as they look sleek and modern.

The toothbrushes provide lots of different features so that you can find what works best for you. It has 4 modes (Clean, White+, Deep Clean & Gum Health) and 3 intensities. I personally find the standard 'Clean' mode to work very, very well as is but here and there I switch it up to give my teeth a more thorough and precise clean. I don't do the White+ every day but I do use it now and then and feel like my teeth are whiter. The change isn't immediate or drastic but I do notice less stains.

I like the pressure sensor feature too. I often find I go too hard which not only damages my gums and teeth, it also wears down the heads more quickly. Thanks to this feature I find that I have learnt what the right pressure is for my teeth which is great.

The app is okay. My old electric toothbrush also had an app and it is something I wouldn't check very often. I still don't check it too often with this toothbrush but it is interesting to have a look here and there.

The most important point for me, however, is the battery life of these units. It is absolutely fantastic. We charge them every 2 weeks give or take and they work wonderfully well from fresh charge to when it is running out. I personally hate having to charge things as I usually just forget if I have to do it too often and don't like leaving things plugged in at all times at a constant charge as it drains the battery capacity over time. This is a toothbrush you basically charge twice a month and that's it. It doesn't get better than that.

All in all, it is an excellent set. There is no price at the time of review but after doing some looking online, it is quite a pricey set. However, for what you get, I can justify it. My teeth feel super fresh every single time I use it. It feels like a deep clean even with the normal setting on. I would personally recommend this set.

This would be a great toothbrush if it only lasted longer. It's an expensive layout to begin with and I've had about 3 replacements as the battery simply doesn't last. Unforgivably unsustainable in our day and age

I would have given this a 5* as it's a great toothbrush with a long battery life. However, what marks it down for me is (a) cost of replacement toothbrush heads; (b) the biggest issue is the weakness in the rod part that the toothbrush head fits onto. My husbands broke off completely a few months ago, 1 month after the two year warranty expired, so he had to buy another one. Then 14 months into my warranty the rod has become loose and this resulted in becoming extremely loud and rattles very hard against the teeth. I hold my toothbrush loosely in my hand so I am not one that puts undue force on it.

Thankfully it's within warranty so a replacement is on its way. The downside is the replacement only has the remaining 10 months warranty, so I could be buying another in a year.

I have used Philips sonicare brushes for well over 20 years. The Diamond Clean is the best I've ever had. The 'deep clean' feature is excellent, leaving my teeth & gums super clean & fresh.

Everyone should try this! I was not convinced at first but it’s a must for everybody!

The different settings are amazing, i've noticed a real difference already!

Just received my brush, tried all modes - didn't spot much difference in them apart of the speed of vibrations. It leaves teeth so freaking clean without hurting my gums! Just what I needed to spread periodontitis. One thing needs to be changed - the travel charger plug. So old, not matching the majority of products nowadays. Try to modernise/unify with other products because I don't want to carry too many wires with me on holiday. x

Just five stars! Used so many sonic toothbrushes and finally found best one out there in market,after brushing feels like been in hygienist chair!

I chose this toothbrush because I trusted Philips as a brand. It worked well for a few months and I could certainly feel the difference in my teeth. Unfortunately my new clean smile turned to a frown when the toothbrush failed. The attachment at the top for the brush has all come loose and makes a hell of a racket when switched on. Not what you need after spending this sort of money on a toothbrush.

I love the way the Sonicare cleans my teeth and I think it is the best toothbrush out there, however I have just had another one stop working. I've been using Sonicare since 2015 and this is now the third brush I'll have to replace. Given the price of the product, I do not think it's reasonable having to replace such a device every year or so. Disappointing as it's otherwise a great product.
