no complaints good tv ,but find it to slow when scrolling the guide

Owned this TV for less than 24 months. Continually had issues since new. Always turning itself off and freezing when opening apps. Newest failure is the screen is now upside down and mirrored left to right with no software fixes available. Last time I buy Philips.

Constantly freezing and switching itself off. I never expected a Philip's TV to be so poor

Having read the other reviews they could have been written by myself, my experience is unfortunately identical every other time of use it freezes which sees me also having to completely disconnect the tv and then go back through the start up process.

Make no mistake the picture is very good when you have one but for me the experience and resets have definitely taken away from what it could have been.

To Philips directly you must be aware of this by now yet no recall or contact, I can appreciate issues can happen but the resolution of those issues is all important in maintaining client expectation and brand equity.

has never worked satisfactory from new. Netflix has been OK but to get the smart TV to work have to turn off and then back on. have not been able to down load the latest software it always fails (my internet is OK). the TV has stopped working all together now

I like the TV, it looks good, good picture, good audio, easy to use etc. but I have constant issues with the Philips TV server causing internet applications to crash and disconnect frequently. It is quite frustrating.

Netflix works more of the times with no issues, but this does not appear to rely on the Philips TV server.

Philips TV server spoils the experience of this TV.

Also, sometimes it seems difficult to download and install updates for the TV

The tv is rubbish I ask for help and they tell me to update it do that and still have same problems never buying phillips again

Pettymys, ollut käytössä nyt 6 kk ja en voi antaa paljoa postiivista tästä laitteesta... Wifi kaatuu väh. 2x päivään, ei auta kun töpselin irroitus, muuten ei löydä edes verkkoja.. käyttöliittymä kankea, ( ei yllättänyt kun edellinenkin oli saman valmistajan ) Netflix kaatuu joka kerta kun käynnistää, ei suostu päivittämään verkon kautta, ja kyllä, olen päivittänyt usbn kautta joten uusin on sisällä.. Ja turha modeemin piikkiin kääntää kun kaikki talouden muut laitteet toimivat moitteetta.

En tiedä sattuiko minulle maanantaikappale, mutta meillä Philips hukkaa kanavat vähän väliä. Usein aamulla kun laittaa töllön päälle, niin mitkään kanavat ei näy vaan näyttö on mustana ja tähän ei auta muu kuin virtajohdon irroittaminen seinästä ja sen jälkeen odottelu josko töllö heräisi uudelleen henkiin. MyösSmart-puolen ominaisuudet, etenkin selain on ihan luokaton, hidas kuin mikä ei oikeastaan ole "user friendly" missään nimessä. Myös kaapelisuosikkien järjestely on tehty täysin hölmösti, sillä kanavia ei voi jälkikäteen järjestellä uudelleen, vaan ne pitää valita yksitelleen juuri siihen järjestykseen mihin ne haluaa suosikkilistalle tulevan.

Kuvan laatu on muuten mielestäni oikein hyvä, ambilight kiva lisä sekä äänetkin on ihan kohtuulliset tuohon hintaluokkaan. Harmi vaan kun telkkua saa lähes päivittäin boottaamaan jotta kanavat näkyy tai esim. Netflix toimii. Viimeisimmät softapäivitykset on sisällä, mutta niistäkään ei ole mitään apua. Harkitsen vakavasti telkun palauttamista/vaihtamista johonkin toiseen malliin. Aiempi Sonyn HD-Ready toimi kuin junan vessa, joten lähes 10 vuotta uudemmalta töllöltä olettaisi hieman parempaa käytettävyyttä ja toimivuutta.

Amazing picture lover the ambient light other than some of the smart tv features not at other tvs level however the picture for price point is 10/10

Olen tyytyväinen. Kaukosäädin voisi olla parempi mutta ok.

I bought this TV with the understanding that I could download IPTV STB Apps. Turns out you cannot.

Hi Phillips, this TV is one of the best I've ever had, but I was alittle disheartened when I got the Xbox X for the Dolby vision coming out which will make my colours super vivid. But I don't think my TV supports it. I read that the 6000 series 2017 models will be getting a Dolby vision firmware update in the near future.

Can you please confirm to but my mind at ease that I've not bought a TV too soon.

If it's something you can't disclose but it's promising just tell me not to start shopping for a new one just yet

Ostettu juhannusaaton tarjouksesta 333,33 euron hintaan joten hinta-laatusuhde on hyvä. Sovelluksista löytyy mm. Netflix, Viaplay, Amazon Prime, Youtube, Deezer ja YLE Areena. Ainakin Netflix ja Viaplay sekä Youtube toimivat hyvin. YLE Areenan hakutoiminnon avulla etsityt ohjelmat ovat kuitenkin katsottaessa saaneet TV:n pari kertaa kokonaan jumiin mutta virtajohdon irroitus hetkeksi seinästä on auttanut asiaan. Itsellä YLE Areena ja Ruutu sekä Katsomo tulevat nyt erikseen liitetyn tietokoneen kautta joten YLE Areena sovelluksen takkuilu ei haittaa. Toimii hyvin tietokoneen näyttönäkin perus käytössä kunhan valitsee TV:n asetuksista erillisen tietokonetilan päälle. Kuvanlaatu on ok. Tarjoushintaan erinomainen ostos.

Unboxed this bad boy, first impression was wow I haven't seen something this big since I was 18 (I've let my self go recently in the tummy department) anyway back to the TV. Plugged it in and bang started up no issues. Went straight to hdmi2 (playstation pro plugged into hdmi 2) started the new god of war game.....epic to say the least. The picture was unbelievable. What really got me going (like when I was 18) was the ambilight. Man o man, when the image changed on the screen so did the Ambilight LEDS and it was so surreal. It actually blew my mind.

Unfortunately the top panel of LEDS on the screen were faulty after 3 days of use, had to return the TV and have not been able to get another due to no stock. I have been grumpy since and my wife has had enough of it.

Set up was pretty straight forward, used existing wall bracket I had for my previous Philips 46 inch tv Reconnected all the HDMI cables to virgin media box, PS4 and Xbox one and there you go, no issues except I went and purchased a Xbox one X to get the full benefit of the 4K tv for gaming and BT 4K sports is something else.

Kuvanlaatu on hintaansa nähden hyvä ja käyttöönotto on helppoa. Käyttöliityymä hieman hidas ja esimerkiksi sovelluskaupasta ladattava Yle Areena ei toiminut. Itsellä käytössä DNA TV Hubi niin ei paljoa haittaa.

Vähän hitaat toiminnot mutta kuvanlaatu on hyvä.Mitäs muuta telkkarilta vaaditaan?

Hintaisekseen hyvä kuvanlaatu. Ääni ohuehko, mutta ihan ok. Joskus taustavalon kirkkaus vaihtelee/pumppaa (voi olla yksilövika) Kirkkauden vaihtelun huomaa esim. ohjelmaoppaassa. Pienenä miinuksena se, että Katsomo ja Ruutu sovelluksia ei ole saatavilla. Niiden puuttumisen korvaamiseksi voi käyttää Miracastia.

Kerran ollut ongelmia yhteydessä verkkopalveluihin. Ongelma ratkesi irrottamalla virtajohto hetkeksi seinästä.

Hieman hidas kanavanvaihto, mutta ei ylitä ärsytyskynnystä.

Ostin 22.6.2018 tällaisen Philips-television erikoistarjouksesta, halvahkon hintansa ja välttämättömänä pitämäni kuulokeliitännän takia.Laite on toiminut hyvin, mutta eilen tuli ensimmäinen varsinainen ongelma: Ylen kanavia ei saanut näkyviin, ja kanavat olivat muutenkin jotenkin sekaisin. Ei auttanut muu kuin asentaa kanavat uudestaan, ja sillä keinolla ne kaikki tulivat taas esille luettelossa, sekä käyttökelpoisiksi, niinkuin kuuluukin.

 Kiusallinen yllätys oli se, että minkäänlaista käyttöohjetta en pakkauksesta löytänyt. Eli arvailemalla ja kokeilemalla oli edettävä. Kai maar Internetistä sekin löytyisi. Vaan kyllä käyttöohje sentään pitäisi olla koneen mukana mielestäni.
 Noin parin viikon käytön jälkeen kirjoitin ensimmäisen arvosteluni, jotta kolmen vuoden takuu tulisi koneelle voimaan, vaan eipä sitä arvosteluani ole näkynyt missään. Nyt en sitten tiedä, onko verkkokauppa sen kuitenkin vastaanottanut ja noteerannut takuuta pidentäväksi, vaiko ei. Kiusallinen tilanne! Toivottavasti tämä julkaistaan.
 Otankin tästä tekstistäni nyt valokuvan tietokoneeni ruudulta, jotta jäisi edes jonkinlainen todistuskappale lähettämästäni arvostelusta.

Todella tyytyväinen tähän televisioon. Sivuvalot ovat mukava lisä ja elävöittävät kuvaa.
