Not bad for the price, good improvement on the TV speakers. instruction that come with it could be more comprehensive, had to download manual from LG website.

NOT LOUD ENOUGH IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE 160W R.M.S. AND IT'S NOT MUCH LOUDER THAN THAN THE TV..SO I DONT KNOW HOW THE WATTAGE WAS MEASURED.

I'M NOT VERY HAPPY AS IT WAS MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT.

Originally connected by Bluetooth-too much lag with picture and sound, Tried to connect by optical cable broke connector in LG TV, thought I would then try HDMI cable but no port on soundbar, tried HDMI to USB connector, did not work, had to settle for Bluetooth with lagging, this is poor

I bought this to compliment my new LG 55" TV. Not much improvement on the TV sound. I have disconnected it now and put down as a lost loser.

Straightforward installation and simple to use. Much superior to my Sony TV's own speakers. Replaced a more sophisticated sound-base which had become unreliable. We never used the various options "Stadium", "News" etc. The sound on some TV programmes is poor, my hearing is declining, but the SJ2 does a good all-round job at making things understandable.

Better sound than a flat screen TV can give, but not as deep as I hoped. For the price it's adequate.

Very pleased with this. Easy to connect to TV, set up and operate. Excellent sound quality.

I bought this item to connect with my LG 75NANO766QA apparently the sound bar came without optical cable so I can't enjoy of full experience sound.

So what can I say:

LG state that this can be controlled by your TV remote.

It can't.

I even have an LG TV.

I Bought this today and when i got home i commenced set up only to find i had to go back to curry's to purchase an optical cable as it does not come with one.

Käytän tätä settiä pelisetupissani. Soundbar on näytön alapuolella johon se mahtuu mukavasti koska on sen verran pieni. Subbari pöydän alla, ja avot. Äänenlaatu hinnakseen täydellinen. Hyvä määrä bassoa. Sain tämän ostettua outletista kuntoluokkana C. Maksoin 69,90€ ja en voisi olla tyytyväisempi!

Sounds really good but not easy to integrate with my new LG tv. Can’t get the tv remote to operate the sound on the sound bar.

good sound, easy set up and use, looks good. size works well with smaller tv's.

Teeveeen ääni parani huomattavasti ja asennus oli tosi yksinkertainen, hyvä ostos halvalla.

Ostin kyseisen kaiutinjärjestelmän parisen kk sitten. On toiminut hyvin tähän asti, ei mitään ongelmia minkään suhteen, kunnes EILEN yhtäkkiä telkkariohjelman äänet häviää ja BT kytkeytyy päälle ja alkaa soimaan musiikkia?!? Tätä tapahtui kolme kertaa saman illan aikana, vaikka käytettiin piuhaa irti ja säädin BT:lta kaapelille jolla oli yhdistetty telkkuun. Kun sammutti niin hetken päästä heräs jälleen huutamaan samaa vinkumusaa kunnes toisella yrittämällä meni hermot ja otin piuhan kokonaan irti. Täähän on todella creepyä jos naapuri ostaa samanlaisen vekottimen ja saa naapurin kaiutinta säädeltyä?! Mikä järki?? Miten saa pois tämmösen?! Naapurin musamaku ei oikein miellytä plus pelottavaa... Haluan vastauksen!

Well made and reasonable sound quality for the price but .... Using bluetooth, my LG television would not default to the sound bar and instead would always go to internal TV speakers. Despite numerous hours reading threads and LG stating that only LG soundbars would be recognised by their bluetooth software for this function, it still does not work meaning that everytime you turn the TV on, you have to go into settings and select the soundbar for output!

Now, I then thought well, I will use the optic cable (purchased seperately) and indeed this does work and my LG TV does default to the soundbar ... great ... however ...

Now the soundbar will not turn on automatically when i turn the TV on despite their being a specific setting no the soundbar for this? I have followed all the instruction on the provided manual and read up online. It worked for a couple of days but without changing any settings, it has stopped working and will not work anymore ..

Overall, despite the reasonable sound quality, I would not recommend any LG equipment to anyone. The support and feedback from LG themsleves is clearly wrong (as most soundbars will work with LG TV's etc) and it took them months to reply on their own forums. Also, despite many many customers telling LG their advice was wrong, they havent bothered to reply further ... very very poor!

Excellent sound quality and easy to set up with Bluetooth connectivity

Not happy with this soundbar. Speach is muffled and unclear. I now don't use it. It was a waste of money

Been looking for a soundbar for a while to improve the sound from our smart tv and be perfect for a smaller room. The LG sj2 completely fits the bill with improved sound, compact build, easy to set up and wireless subwoofer.

Best soundbar ever never look back always lg i even own a lg tv :)
