no complaints good tv ,but find it to slow when scrolling the guide

Having read the other reviews they could have been written by myself, my experience is unfortunately identical every other time of use it freezes which sees me also having to completely disconnect the tv and then go back through the start up process.

Make no mistake the picture is very good when you have one but for me the experience and resets have definitely taken away from what it could have been.

To Philips directly you must be aware of this by now yet no recall or contact, I can appreciate issues can happen but the resolution of those issues is all important in maintaining client expectation and brand equity.

has never worked satisfactory from new. Netflix has been OK but to get the smart TV to work have to turn off and then back on. have not been able to down load the latest software it always fails (my internet is OK). the TV has stopped working all together now

I like the TV, it looks good, good picture, good audio, easy to use etc. but I have constant issues with the Philips TV server causing internet applications to crash and disconnect frequently. It is quite frustrating.

Netflix works more of the times with no issues, but this does not appear to rely on the Philips TV server.

Philips TV server spoils the experience of this TV.

Also, sometimes it seems difficult to download and install updates for the TV

Pettymys, ollut käytössä nyt 6 kk ja en voi antaa paljoa postiivista tästä laitteesta... Wifi kaatuu väh. 2x päivään, ei auta kun töpselin irroitus, muuten ei löydä edes verkkoja.. käyttöliittymä kankea, ( ei yllättänyt kun edellinenkin oli saman valmistajan ) Netflix kaatuu joka kerta kun käynnistää, ei suostu päivittämään verkon kautta, ja kyllä, olen päivittänyt usbn kautta joten uusin on sisällä.. Ja turha modeemin piikkiin kääntää kun kaikki talouden muut laitteet toimivat moitteetta.

Hi Phillips, this TV is one of the best I've ever had, but I was alittle disheartened when I got the Xbox X for the Dolby vision coming out which will make my colours super vivid. But I don't think my TV supports it. I read that the 6000 series 2017 models will be getting a Dolby vision firmware update in the near future.

Can you please confirm to but my mind at ease that I've not bought a TV too soon.

If it's something you can't disclose but it's promising just tell me not to start shopping for a new one just yet

Set up was pretty straight forward, used existing wall bracket I had for my previous Philips 46 inch tv Reconnected all the HDMI cables to virgin media box, PS4 and Xbox one and there you go, no issues except I went and purchased a Xbox one X to get the full benefit of the 4K tv for gaming and BT 4K sports is something else.

Having read reviews of the 4k Ambilight televisions I plumped for the 65" unit and have been delighted. The TV has an excellent display with surprisingly good sound. It arrived well packaged and was a doddle to set up.Highly recommended.

Very Happy with TV really love the ambi light sound is great because its a slim TV sound is at its best with a sound bar. A+ rating for energy plenty of connections too.

Very easy to set up to the internet. Really great value for money and really excellent picture in 4K

Hyvältä laitteelta vaikuttaa. Edullisin 65 tuumainen

Olen ihan tyytyväinen telkkariin. Vähän pätkimistä Yle Areenaa katsoessa. Muuten ollut ihan hyvä.

Erittäin hyvä televisio hintaan nähden. Jalusta saisi olla pyörivä, siitä pieni miinus

Laitteen ohjelmisto kaatuu vähän väliä jumittaen kaiken toiminnan. Kone pitää bootatqa irroittamalla ttöpseli seinästä ja käynnistämällä uudetaa, usein kesken ohjelman.

                  Nettiselain on vanhanaikainen, hidas ja toimmoiltaan jäykkä.

Yleisesti:

Hyvä ja edullinen 65" televisio tekniikan omaaville.

Ambilight on mahtava, ainakin jos tv:n takana on monokromaattinen (itsellä valkoinen) seinä. Ei tule enää mieleenkään hankkia muiden valmistajien telkkareita ennen kuin heillä on sama ominaisuus tarjolla. Todellinen älyominaisuus.

Käyttömukavuus:

Jos toivot teeveeltä älyä ja paljon ominaisuuksia ilman lisävarusteita (ja ehkä parempaa käyttöjärjestelmää), niin suosittelen tästä kalliimpaa mallia. 4K:n ystäville tämä masiina on kuitenkin riittävä, sillä käytännössä kukaan muu suosittu palveluntarjoaja Netflixiä ja Youtubea (nämä löytyvät tv:stä) lukuunottamatta ei vielä tuota 4K kuvaa.

Mikäli käytät tv:tä yhdessä pleikkarin, chromecastin, tietokoneen, yms. laitteen kanssa niin telkkarin oma suppea älytv kattaus ei haittaa yhtään.

Kaukosäätimen ja käyttöjärjestelmän viivettä on, mutta itseäni se ei haittaa, sillä edellisessä telkkarissa oli vielä enemmän.

Asennus:

Itse jouduin säätämään äänen ja etenkin kuvan sopivaksi eri käyttötarkoituksiin ja siinä meni jonkin verran aikaa. Lopputulos on kuitenkin erittäin mieleinen.

Yhteenveto:

Käyttötarkoituksesta riippuen erittäin hyvä tai sitten ei. Minulle täydellinen. Kaikki ystäväsi tulevat kateelliseksi Ambilightista.

The ambiance light has lots of different variations and not only sets the atmosphere but also makes the tv picture feel bigger.

The NetFlix button on the remote is a nice touch and takes you there instantly at the push of a button.

Negatives:-

I’m having great trouble updating the TV software. I’ve been on forums and I’ve tried everything that has been suggested to me but it still won’t update. The reason I am so keen to update is that the Amazon video app won’t work without it so unfortunately I am forced to use this particular app on my Xbox one.

I have the TV on a bracket bolted to the wall and I struggle to reach the different ports ie:- HDMI, USB etc maybe my hands are just bigger than the average mans but if the ports were slightly closer the the edge of the TV this would have made them a lot more accessible.

On the whole I’m happy with my purchase and just hope this software update issue will be resolved soon, a good product at a reasonable price and the ambiance lighting really makes a difference!

Helppokäyttöinen TV. Helppo ja selkeä asentaa ja ottaa käyttöön. hieman on hidas käyttöliittymä, raskas ohjelmisto kenties. TV kanavat helppo asentaa mutta niitä ei saa muokattua mieleiseksi. Kello täytyy laittaa manuaali asetukseen jos haluaa kellon oikean aikaan, kellon automaatti asetus on utc ja jota ei voi asettaa +2 jne aikaan automaattisesti päivittymään. Netflix löytyy, mutta ei ole muita striimaus sovelluksia se on pitkä miinus käytölle. Play kaupasta löytynyt TV kaukosäädin sovellus on kelvoton, perus toiminnot on mutta sovellus tarvitsee kipeästi korjausta ja päivityksiä toimiakseen kunnolla.

This is my 2nd ambilight TV and its performance is very good with an excellent picture. However it's complex to operate until the favourite programme channels have been set up because the handset features are not clearly identified. It has also proved tricky to incorporate with the market leading recorder and is not able to work with an 8 year old Skyplus box due to mismatched connectivity.

After 4 months we are quite comfortable with it compared to offerings in a much a higher price range and the Ambilight gives it a strong viewing advantage.

Selkeä ja nopea käyttöliittymä kaikinpuolin,kuvanlaatu omaan silmään sopiva.ambilightin toiminta hue-lamppujen kanssa ainut ongelma kun eivät suostu yhdessä toimimaan.hintalaatusuhde erinomainen

Hintaansa nähden hyvä kuva ja ääni. Valikot / ohjelmaopas perustasoa, suht hitaasti toimivat. Kaukosäädin perusmallinen.. Netflix tuki erittäin OK.

                  Voi suositella jos ei kaipaa erityisiä sovelluksia...kuten ruutu , areena yms...niitä ei ole. Teoriassa kai voisi toimia olemassaolevan selaimen kanssa mutta käytännössä ei...
